They missed their initial appointment, which was inconvenient, but the main reason for this 1-star review is their relentless pursuit of payment. Less than 48 hours after submitting their invoice, they were already asking to pick up payment. They followed up again a few days later, despite being informed that we are managed by a large condominium management company with a standard payment process for all vendors. J5 Electric is the first company to express such urgency regarding payment, and as an HOA volunteer, I found their repeated inquiries to be unprofessional and bothersome.

He does not just try to do minimum to get job done and is very concerned about overall safety of everything electrical. Like some other reviewer said, he treats job like it was his own home. In my experience there are very few contractors with his integrity, thoroughness, and quality of work. Having my own manufacturing business, employing many different tradespeople, it is very difficult in finding good workers. If Kristy wasn't such a nice owner, I would try to hire him away. They came out to fix it and let it run. When I checked the system it did not seem to be working correctly. They came back out and so forth and so on.
