Of the 3 contractors that followed through and provided quotes, Harbor Island Electric stood apart from the crowd. Their quote was precise, detailing all work that needed to be performed to meet Seattle's residential wiring regulations, as well as addressing our needs for planned remodel/upgrades in the future. Working with the owner Shawn Odom, we were in contact almost every other day as the project began, keeping us updated on each step needed to be completed by Harbor Island and the City. When the actual work started, the crew managed by Vince Ledesma (Project Manager and Journeyman electrician), the team was very conscientious about us needing to remain in the home while they worked. They showed up every day at the time they said they would, working fast and efficiently. The project needed the Lath plaster walls cut into, very dirty and dusty process. They were able to keep the work area clean and organized so we could continue to function normally in our home.
