When we got there, there was an older Chinese woman actually hand-stuffing spiced meat into wonton wrappers, at one of the tables in the dining room; and a young boy putting cream cheese-like filling into crab rangoon wrappers. 'Wow, how great - they're not using frozen appetizers, but making them fresh!' I thought. As the restaurant got busier, the two stopped wonton-filling and presumably went to help in the back. Two hours later, when we left, I noticed that they'd left their plate of spiced meat and stack of wonton wrappers just sitting out on the table; along with about 10 more lbs of spiced meat, in a grey plastic shopping bag..... just sitting there on the table, at room temperature, for hours....
