We got our food and immediately needed to leave (we had already told our waitress this) and asked for to go containers and getting them and the check took another 1/2 hour. The waitress felt like she needed to open the to go bags for us and literally stood there and waited for our child to finish her wings before she went to get the check. The waitress was so proud she got us a 10% comp. The 2 hours we lost was worth much more than $4. I mean not even free beverages.....will never return to this chain anywhere. She took my basket & never offered to refill our teas. Just walked away. No I'm sorry we'll remake it, no offer to get me anything else, and definitely not offering to refill my glass now with melted ice. One tea, no refill. She brought us our check & left. I gathered my phone & walked to the counter to pay our bill. Our server began to cash us out, I was waiting to swipe my card, then all of a sudden she says, "I'll be right back" & walks away to the greeter's stand behind us. I look at my husband, he looks at me. What the hell just happened!? Another employee comes over, asks if we've been helped. I tell him our server started & walked away. She comes back over to the register & asks him if he will discount us. He does. Well that's fine & all but it doesn't fix being a decent server. We are tippers. There's another counter where you get to select the chicken that you want. I found that the chicken was super moist and crispy. The honey biscuit was off the chart probably one of the best things I've had in a long time. If you want more chicken, you probably have to special order it because the way they put it out for display; They only do a couple of pieces at a time I think just due to the volume that they see of customers. The guy that was serving me was super pleasant. You do end up paying at the main cash register after you get your check though.

The place looked really clean. $4.80 for a medium pepperoni thin crust pizza is a GREAT deal! My only complaint was that they didn't include the two parmesan packets I ordered. Oh, well.
