We order 99% of the time from this location (our only Hut) & have never had an issue with the quality of their food or service in the last 4 years. That ended today. We stopped in for a late lunch & usually order a thin crust pizza. Today, hubby & I decided to try "Melts" with 2 raspberry teas. Bad decision. When our melts came, both looked EXTREMELY burnt. Both tasted extremely burnt. My Buffalo Chicken melt was not only way overcooked, but it lacked the main ingredient...chicken. I picked through one half like a monkey grooming his mate in hopes I would find one solid piece of chicken amongst the sparingly scattered onions under alfredo sauce & cheese. Nope. I figured if there was enough buffalo sauce it would maybe mask the crispy dumpster fire burnt crust. Wrong again. I couldn't even eat this mess after attempting to. Hubby ate half of his and was done as well. Our server FINALLY stops at our table (our drinks were dry), asks how we are doing. I explain to her that "this is overcooked" to which she replied, "they're thin crust. Next time tell them to take them out sooner." WTF? Wait. YOU'RE the one with the recipe & cook time! She took my basket & never offered to refill our teas. Just walked away. No I'm sorry we'll remake it, no offer to get me anything else, and definitely not offering to refill my glass now with melted ice. One tea, no refill. She brought us our check & left. I gathered my phone & walked to the counter to pay our bill. Our server began to cash us out, I was waiting to swipe my card, then all of a sudden she says, "I'll be right back" & walks away to the greeter's stand behind us. I look at my husband, he looks at me. What the hell just happened!? Another employee comes over, asks if we've been helped. I tell him our server started & walked away. She comes back over to the register & asks him if he will discount us. He does. Well that's fine & all but it doesn't fix being a decent server. We are tippers. We will tip you 25% or more even if the food sucks. You failed us. We will still order our thin crust Veggie Lovers & stuffed crust Meat Lovers. The ONE star is for this experience only. read more

Still hasn't changed. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Didn't get extra napkins or the wet napkins they use to hand out. Wings overcooked and were very small. Service not the best. I went there because friends wanted to go. I don't make a habit of going to this franchise and prefer the one in Kendallville Indiana. read more

Finding a dine in Pizza Hut is a rare thing. Finding a Pizza Hut that is good as they used to be in the 80's and 90's is even rarer. The pizza, garlic bread and breadsticks were delicious. Service was excellent as well. We live 1 1/2 hours away, but will make a road trip again for the pizza. read more

We ordered pizza and cheese sticks from Pizza Hut last night, I didn't want to cook and had it delivered. It got to our house quickly and was hot. The cheese sticks were ok, but the pizza wasn't up to par. I think corporate has changed the recipe. This pizza last night was mediocre at best. read more

one of the worst services i've ever had here before food took forever and the waitress yells the whole time and try's to take plates with food still on them as your eating off of it slammed cups on the table stood and talked with someone for 15mins not with a quite voice yelling could barely here the person next to me and she didn't ask if we wanted anything else. Pizza hut, pizza hut, pizza hut. I have always been fond of your menu. From the golden crust of your pan pizzas to the stringy cheese's of your pastas. But today, I experienced a true dissappointment. A greater dissappointment than what Jared Fogel was to Subway fans. Today, I placed an order. The order consisted of 4 items: 2 pizzas, 1 pasta, and 1 brownie. I was told it would be done in 20 minutes, a tough feat for any pizza chain but I had no doubt that the tenacious Pizza Hut crew could get it done. But, I was wrong. Upon arrival at the correct time, I was quickly checked out, but told my food was not ready. I was ok with this, expecting it to only be a few more minutes. People came and went, taking home their warm, meaty pies, yet we continued to wait. With the only recognition we recieved coming from a portly manager, telling us to get away from the door. After about 15 minutes, the same robust gentleman from before decided to check on our order only to discover that it had been sitting on the counter behind him for the past 13 minutes. We quickly gathered our food, and headed back to our humble abode. As we began to consume our purchase, we quickly realized that the quality of this food was that of a leftover Little Ceasars pizza. The saving grace was the Gooey triple chocolate chip brownie, which would make even Russian Orphans happy. read more

Ordered online for delivery. Went to sit down to eat, was the wrong pizza, not just slightly off but the whole thing wasn't right. Checked my ticket and it was right so called them to get it fixed. Took over an hour to get a replacement and when it was delivered, once again it was wrong. Called again, they seemed to understand why I was upset and delivered yet another pizza and refunded my money. Would give give more stars but after 3.5 hrs of trying to get the right order was just to much read more

Word of caution, on their Thin N' Crispy pizza, they use "thin sauce" which is a sweeter crushed tomato sauce and not their classic marinara. I did not know this, as I've never had this "thin sauce" on anything before. I worked at a Pizza Hut 23 years ago when I was in high school, and we only had one sauce. I know recently Pizza Hut added a number of different sauces with a menu reboot, but I was told this location has used this sauce for over 25 years, by a manager who has been there that long. Needless to say I did not like the sauce, and when I first questioned my server about it, she informed of the "thin sauce" difference and went on her way, unconcerned that I said I didn't care for it. I only ate once piece. When I checked out, the the manager and I exchanged the conversation I noted above, and did not charge me for the pizza, which was nice. However, I would have preferred an offer to remake the pizza with the classic sauce. Incidentally, I did look at online ordering at this location, one in Ohio and one in Texas, just for experimentation purposes, and all three defaulted to "Classic Marinara" online, with the "Crushed Tomato" aka "thin sauce" as option that needed to be substituted. Seems odd that Pizza Hut national default is "Classic Marinara" but this location uses something different. Other than that, I gave an additional star because the location must have been recently remodeled inside, as it was nicer looking than most locations I've been too. Additionally the employees were nicely dressed in consistent uniforms and everyone looked good. Lack of consistent uniforms is a big pet peeve of mine in the service industry. read more

The pizza buffet is a must, I haven't found another Pizza Hut like this one, it is truly one of a kind. While the buffet has kind of strange hours it still makes for a great and quick lunch at a good price. Plus try the breadsticks! ( they're different the other pizza huts... Food is good. Our only complant was the noise. A party of 12 came in and I don't know why but they sat them next to us. There was plenty of room and I know they have a room that is hardly used. There was no reason for that party of 12 to be sitted next to us. They had a lot of kids that was very noises and the adults were no better. They ruined our night out. Also they stopped giving seniors discounts. That is the only place now that we go to that does not give discounts to seniors. I hope the managers read this . The service was very slow and when we got our food it was cold , our server , colin , dropped our drinks and his pens and everything else . would not recommend. he drank out of our cups and there was dog hair in my food. derrick on the other hand was an amazing help and helped correct the meal , we're besties now. read more

I normally try to be very understanding and respectful. This is not one of those times. My teenage son used my card credit and ordered pizza online for delivery. Well he transposed two numbers. The card still worked. We found this out BC the very unprofessional Angola Pizza Hut Manager By the name of Ed called and threatened us. He demanded my credit card number over the phone. I told him I will call Angola Pizza Hut phone number back bc I don't feel comfortable giving him this information via phone especially considering your demeanor. I also told him that I needed to find my receipt and check my banking account. He proceeded to call me a criminal and tell me he was calling the police and having me charged with credit card fraud. I am beyond upset. We are good people, and would never do something like this. He totally handled everything unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly. What he said was out of line and unnecessary. All he needed to do was cancel the wrong transaction and complete a new one. Needless to say I will not be giving Angola Pizza Hut any future business! On a positive note I did met a wonderful law enforcement officer that deserves a pat on the back for dealing with this crazy issue tonight.
