Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Started with a basket of Jalapeno poppers, then ordered some wings, bone in. I got a basket, Old #7 sauce, Cousin got a basket with the "Skinheads" sauce. We set up our chairs on the street next to Molasses, near the stage. And... we became hungry and benefitted from Molasses. We were able to order and enjoy the wonderfully tasty burnt ends before they were sold out; we also enjoyed some tasty street corn and some adult and non-alcoholic beverages. Overall the ribs were fine, but they weren't quite as tender as I'm used to. As I recall the coleslaw was adequate but nothing special. Pricing was a little on the high side, but I get it that it cost money to run a place like this. Overall I don't think I would be inclined to come back.

Then, she accused me of taking pictures of a minor as if what I was doing that was kind of creepy. this was in the middle of dinner rush as well, and they made me feel like they were holding the orders hostage that I shouldn't have been picking up food!! The chicken tenders and biscuits are awesome! Service was quick. Chicken tenders are very large. We bought three meals with 10 tenders, 3 biscuits and a side of Mac and cheese for under $24. The chicken was far better than any chain restaurant that we have ever had KFC can't hold a candle to this place). I never stopped saying yum as I ate the whole meal. Yes, it is inside a gas station, but OMG it was fabulous chicken! We were full and could have really done with less tenders. We had no idea how big they really were, when we looked at them in the display counter. Highly recommend.
