I contacted HuntClub Honda regarding a Civic SI last week. I was provided with a leasing price. Based on this leasing price I  continued to discuss the vehicle with a sales representative over text message for two days. Based on this price I confirmed with the sales representative that I would like to lease the vehicle for 36 months at 20,000km ASAP. Based on this price I had auto insurance arranged. Based on this price I came into the HuntClub location to do a test drive. Based on this price I started all the paper work. Based on this price I provided all requested information including photocopies of my ID and insurance. Based on this price I paid a $500.00 deposit. It is at this stage that I am told that the price is actually more expensive and it must have been a computer glitch that they didn't include all the fees. Is this really how HuntClub Honda conducts business? Whether this is an honest mistake or a shady sales tactic, this seems absurd to me. At this point I was quite frustrated as I had already been there much longer than Should have been required as the sales representative was going on and on as they do even though I made it clear more than once that i was in a rush. I then had to leave to go back to work. I have tried to contact HuntClub Honda three times in the last three days, including the managers on my emails, regarding this issue. No one has even had the courtesy to even respond with an acknowledgement email. They still have my deposit on the vehicle. read more

We needed a new van and Craig and Larry at Hunt Club Honda were able to get us one and gave us great value for our trade in! When I went in to pick up the van I was told that the roof rack had just arrived as well and asked if they could install it that day and they were able to accommodate me and it was ready by the end of the day, I would highly recommend Hunt Club Honda if you're in the market for a new car! read more

Scheduled my oil change appointment for 4/20/21 at 11am. Arrived at the service department at 1045 and was told to leave the keys and they will call me once the car is done. At 3pm we called to see if it is ready for pick up and was told that car should be ready by 5 pm (keep in mind that all i am getting done is the oil change which does not take more than 10 to 15 minutes to do). At 5:15pm i get a phone call saying that the car is being serviced and will be ready for pick up in 10 minutes. I get to the dealership at 5:30pm and they tell me that there was some confusion and that it will take another 30 minutes. So at 6pm i go back inside to get the car and they tell me to go downstairs to pick it up once i get downstairs they tell me oh we took your car keys upstairs. Like really? No communication between team? If you want this kind of service where it takes 7 hours for an oil change then you have found a perfect place. What is the point of having an appointment? For me this was a lesson learned experience. read more

We were looking for a 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and our sales person Karan showed us the only one at our price level they had left. Lots of people were looking at that vehicle but it had not sold. We bought it! Karan was excellent - he really knew his vehicles and was not pushy or over-the-top aggressive. Hassan is the Finance Manager and he walked us though our options. He too was very helpful. The Sales Manager Mike was also very helpful in getting us a good deal on our trade-in car. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with a great team at Bank Street Honda. The service dep is a disgrace to the Honda name, do not take your car here for repairs, they scammed me. I towed my vehicle here they did absolutely nothing and then tried to upsell me on "engine mounts" for 900$ on a vehicle that didn't even run. Vehicle died again on my way home. I guess I'll have to tow it to a different Honda dealership ? ..... read more

We bought a second hand car last year arround Noel and they let us to pick a gift(an envelope that had a paper in it)from a tree that was in the store. It was a free service for the first time, it didn't say what kind of service it just said first service would be free.Since last year we are still calling to use that free service for even something small. Let's say we are still calling to get that free service they do not even bother answering our call properly, they just transfer call to here and there! Don't recommend them. Their service department charges $120.00 plus tax to check the codes on your onboard computer even if nothing is found. When it fails to detect anything even after a generic analyzer at a local garage has identified a code that indicates a $5500.00 battery needs replacing, they still require to see the red warning light. Seems their analyzer cant read the code history in the vehicle if such history exists. (I wonder if this by design to delay warranty claims post expiry) When their failure leads to a warranty claim dispute with Honda Canada, HCH tells you they are on your side but thats bull. The wouldnt waive their labour charges when the $5K "refurbished" battery was ultimately installed. After five Hondas, Im disgusted with this dealership and the brand. read more

Recently purchased a vehicle from Hunt Club Honda. The dealer was no pressure, very accommodating and responded to all my requests in a timely manner. I am not one to purchase large items without researching the subject endlessly. I test drove the majority of cars in the class I am looking for, so I wound up dealing with same Sales Representative off and on for about a month. Nothing but positive comments to be made about him. The only thing I could recommend to Hunt Club Honda is to start offering maintenance packages. read more

My husband and I bought a used car at a fair price, 15k and since they said they inspected it and it was coming with a 3 month warranty, we were confident it was in good shape. We didnt drive much the first month so it was alright, on the second month we had to travel more between Ottawa and Toronto. after 3 trip to Toronto, it started to act weirdly, so we found the car was heavily consuming Oil only at higher speed (highway). But we were 1k over for the waranty but still within 3 month. Hunt club Honda refuse to help us even a tiny bit. Do not trust them on their used car. get the car checked by a third party. They arent reliable and wont help you. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I got a new car from hunt club Honda and when I went back to pick up the car there was a strange noise when I turned right. I took the car back to have them fix the issue and during their test drive in my new car they got into a accident. They fixed the damage for free however the car was no longer new to me anymore and they refused to give me another car or even discount the car and told me they are only obligated to fix the car and give it back. So I was stuck with this car that was no longer "new" to me anymore and had a history of damage due to hunt club Honda getting into a accident. not even a year into owning the car they had to replace the transmission as well and their service at their repair garage was horrible and they were rude most of the time. Took the car in to have a recall fixed and they said they would give me a loaner to go to a doctors appointment while they fix the recall then they refused me a loaner car and then did not even fix my car and said bring it back another day when I have the time. Very bad experience and I would not recommend anyone of my family or Friends buy from this place. I now got a NEW car from Barrhaven Honda and I am very pleased everything has been 100% on point with Barrhaven Honda read more
