The appliances not cleaned and food crumbs were all throughout the fridge/freezer and the rest of the kitchen. They were also old and not energy star compliant and that made a huge difference on the electric bill. The cupboards were old and had trim and paint peeling. The apartment had unsightly tack and staple holes throughout the entire unit and only some of the paint was fresh. Luckily all of the carpet was new. The on-site manager is where the problem was. She is a horrible horrible human being and behaved like a child. She let the power go straight to her head and this made for a horrible year for myself and my daughter. She constantly issued memos for little to no reason. She continually threatened to tow everyone's vehicles. One time she slammed her office door in my daughter's face. At the time she was only 2 yrs old and this caused her massive post traumatic stress every time we had to go past that door. What kind of monster harasses and torments a baby?? I also spoke to neighbors when they were moving out of the building (mainly because I never saw any of them in the common room or hallways and I now understand why) and they told me she is a horribly abusive person. Cussing out senior citizens and disabled persons is just despicable and lower-than-human behavior in my opinion. My daughter, her mother, and myself were continually harassed for the entire year I lived there. I finally had to hire a lawyer to get the so-called manager off my back. I tried contacting the company that owns the building (somewhere in the lower 48) and they claimed they found no fault with her actions. It certainly shed some light on the racket they have going. Get the disabled/seniors to move in...harass them to the point of them leaving... and pocket the deposit money. Quite a racket. Not to mention the Rural development money. They claim the apartment is over 1200$ a month. Right. It's maybe worth 600$ a month tops. So thats another 1000$ a month to profit on. When I decided that I did not want to renew my lease and I wrote a notice for our 30 days to move out, she tried to illegally file eviction papers against me. Another action I had my lawyers take care of. She also lied about the apartment being not cleaned and pocketed some of my deposit money. We had spent 2 days of doing nothing but cleaning and it shined! I do not recommend renting an apartment here at all. They are not interested in helping the disabled or senior citizens of Palmer one bit. They are only concerned with getting their money. Anyone wanting to live at this location should be fair warned.

He made the entire inspection process easy by being very thorough and specific with images of all his findings and descriptions of it all along with recommendations. The inspection cost was much cheaper than we originally expected and he even makes that a very easy process with multiple avenues of payment available for whatever works for his clients. We will absolutely be using him again in the any future inspection needs we have and home purchases.
