He never tried to push me to buy anything but gave me a bunch of help so I could make the repair. While I was looking for the electrical issue, I found a water leak. I was having trouble getting the crimping rings to fit on the flex lines. He happened to be coming to the campground I was at and he stopped by to give me a hand with it. Hi I just want to thank Charlie for the fast response on repairs to my 5th wheel roof. As we where…read moredriving S/B on I-75 we where flagged down by a motorist pointing up to our 5th wheel. when I pulled over to the side of the road the roof fabric had ripped and rolled down the back of the trailer. we were about 20 miles away from camping world but they refused to help us due to it was 4:30 on a Friday. the service writer made a call to Charlie RV mobile repair. Charlie phoned us and advised he would be at the Whispering Hiil campground first thing in the morning. he checked the whole roof for us and advised that the rest of the roof looked good and repaired (patch) the area where the roof fabric torn off. he was fast and repaired the area the right way and made sure that their would be no other leaks until we could have the roof replaced. it has rained for several days at our next location and have no leaks. I want to thank Charlie for his fast response in repairing the roof. I highly recommend his service to anyone. also he charged us a very reasonable price for the repair.
