I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them for in & out of warranty for our appliances for over three years. Every technician that came to our house was very professional, COVID safe, courteous, & when the repair was done, they explained in a level we could understand what the problem was, how they fixed it, & how to prevent the issue from arising again. Unfortunately AMA Services have been unwilling to resolve our issue. We have waited over a month for our new refrigerator to be repaired. The ice maker quit working and a technician was sent out. The technician replaced a gasket without any troubleshooting as he said this is a common issue with Frigidaire. The gasket was replaced and the ice maker still was not functional. We called in shortly afterwards and was informed since the gasket was replaced it must be the ice maker. An ice maker was to be ordered or so we thought since a technician was scheduled to service the following week on a Friday. The technician called just after the appointment time and told us that he had already been there once and replaced a gasket so it must be the ice maker. Then informed us that he would have to order a new ice maker and saw no reason to make a visit. We were under the impression that an ice maker had been ordered, but yet technician said he would order. AMA really needs to communicate. Why send a technician if you have not ordered the part. Why did technician not call earlier in the day instead of having us wait on him only to receive a phone call about how it would be a waste of time for him. So either AMA needs to get their act together or Frigidaire does not live up to servicing their products. Either way AMA Services is far from a professional company. read more

They are contracted through Lowe's Service Advantage. AMA did a no call no show on my appointment. Lowe's rescheduled it again. Then AMA called and said they don't go to Mt Sterling on Wednesday's (original appointment was on Wednesday as well) and they wanted to move it farther out. I told them it needed to be sooner because it was their mistake. AMA responded that I needed to find another company. Filed a complaint with Lowe's about their behavior. They responded back with a bunch of crap about the fact that I refused to have them move the appointment and that I was supposed to contact them about my appointment. Which is not true because Lowes doesn't give you the name of the provider when they schedule it. Do not recommend if you want someone reliable. read more

Very highly recommended!! Service tech just left my house, and I could not be more satisfied! He did no work to fix my "issue" other than to unplug for 30+ seconds (per the technical manual), however Rui took the time to explain what might be causing it. He also explained what steps to fix it if it continues. Gave me part numbers to order if I need to replace power boards so I could save money by ordering/doing it myself. read more
