I honestly don't have the time to write reviews, but the service at this place is so incredibly…read moreawful that it would be a disservice to the community if I didn't write this review. First of all, the receptionist is possibly one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure of speaking to. She is nasty, irritable, condescending - and all within a single 5 minute phone call. They insisted on making me come back, saying it was urgent (after I explicitly told them it was very difficult for me to take off of work). I ended up making an appointment. My appointment lastest none but 2 minutes! And he simply said "nothing's wrong, as far as I can tell". Then charged me (and my insurance) an exorbitant charge for literally nothing. I'm now in the process of trying to get them to fax some results to another doctor, and have been trying for days now. They said "we already did something with your stuff" (that sentence is taken verbatim from a recent conversation). I simply said that my new doctor requires that it be sent. She said "then send us a fax". After attempting to send a fax and repeatedly getting a failed attempt message I called the office to let them know and I am greeted with yet more attitude and nasty responses. I have still yet to get my results faxed.

We needed multiple appointments and referrals to follow up on some issues that Dr. Horowitz found and everything was handled with care and clarity. If you are looking for a GYN where you are treated well this is your doctor and your place. Parents bringing their daughters can also feel very secure coming here. I 100% suggest Dr. Horowitz for teens.

She raised her voice at me and I asked her multiple times to please lower her voice. She then proceeded to insult me and act as if I'm the one who is upsetting her? After asking for her name she hung up the phone on me. This lady hung up the phone on me 3 times. Now Im gonna have to go in person to drop off these documents.

Tech came to get me and started asking me personal questions before we were behind closed doors. More HIPAA violations. When I got in the room she started grilling me about vaccines. Told me I couldn't get mammogram. I ended up walking out. Later that day I called the office and front desk person was mean and combative. Asked for manager and guess what?!...she was rude and argumentative all's well. I bet the doctor's running this office would be thrilled to know about all the HIPAA violations. Got licenses on the line?! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Also, their customer service is almost non-existent. If you don't believe me - go on line and try to get in touch with their customer service (it's virtually non-existent). I, like many others I know, am switching over to Penn medicine. They just acquired Doylestown Hospital. It is a bit farther of a drive, but well worth it at this point. Saint Luke's access times (wait times for an appointment) are crazy at this point. They have gone completely down hill over the past year and a half. I have dragged my elderly mother to appointments, only to be turned away because they didn't make the appointment correctly and didn't even bother to call me when they saw the appointment was incorrectly scheduled. Only response was "Sorry that happened." Unfortunately, at this point the trip to Doylestown is well worth the effort.

He is a kind, knowledgeable person and a fantastic individual and I can not praise him enough for the care he took with me for two years after an initial surgery was not helping. We took our time, he tried what he knew and when he finished I was no longer in pain and was onto regaining my walking capabilities again. It tool quite a while, but we got there, I know I could not have under the first surgeon. I told him on our last visit that (and this isn't bad) that I hoped tp have to never see him in a office visit again. I didn't mean to move however!!! :-) Georgia's lose is Pennsylvania's gain. Hey Dr. Lundy, I'm having an issue with the right knee, got someone you recommend? HAHA ... unfortunately not kidding about the other knee, but I hope to find another you. Thank YOU for what you did for me. I can never thank you enough.
