The deli chicken was very tasty and so was the Pepper Jack Cheese. I liked the wheat bread but it was a little on the dry side. I expected it to be a little moister, but it did tasty good. Overall, the sand was good. The service was good, too. The young man did a good job explaining the process and did a good job putting the sandwich together with the exception of the sprouts. Stopped by in person today to make things right and they said 'oh someone should have called or messaged you, we cancelled the order". Noone had called or messaged. Charge was still on card. "oh, it can take 3-5 days to reverse..." I wasn't thrilled but said "ok, give me a Buzzball and I'll wait a few days to see if the reverse goes through". They wouldn't do it. For something worth less than $5. They said "we don't make any money on the delivery orders." Fine. Don't do them! But if you do them, make them right! That one Buzzball would have made all the difference between me being understanding (shit happens, of course i understand that) and unhappy. :-(
