"oh, it can take 3-5 days to reverse..." I wasn't thrilled but said "ok, give me a Buzzball and I'll wait a few days to see if the reverse goes through". They wouldn't do it. For something worth less than $5. They said "we don't make any money on the delivery orders." Fine. Don't do them! But if you do them, make them right!
