The real kicker though, was a small shelf containing pamphlets - the kind you find at any bank or similar institution - and the Winter newsletter on the shelf was from 'Winter 2018'. In short, my time at the Park Ridge BMO was lengthy; however, what I learned about how safe, correct and needed banking procedures are upheld and why it is sometimes not an easy (nor quick) thing to do is worth the time spent. The curtesy and professionalism of the staff was outstanding. At the end of the day, I like to know that I can feel financially secure having my money and money matters being handled by a bank that truly cares about me.
