They took over my local bank and now it is a scene of chaos. While I stood in line, people came in looking for money that got deposited but never appeared in their accounts, and accounts and loans that didn't show up on their app. My own personal experience was waiting more than hour to make a wire transfer, then having to opt to receive a cashier's check because it had taken so long for them to see me. This I thought would be painless but ended up taking another forty minutes because they couldn't get the check to print correctly. Frustrated, I closed all of my accounts with them even though it cost me more time. After everything I had seen and hear, I no longer trusted them to handle any of my money. read more

I have complained about this before, and here I am again. Slow, slow, slow.. does not even begin to describe it...about 11:15 on a weekday..at first 3 tellers, one who left in a hurry a few minutes after I got there. Each of the other 2 tellers had customers, both which who appeared to be doing simple transactions. There is only one other person ahead of me. I waited well over 10 minutes...nothing changed...no one moved....I left. I went back half hr or so later, still 2 people at windows but at least moved a little faster. Gal commented I was there earlier..yes...told her cannot wait...she blamed it on slow computers...maybe so but come on...maybe get newer equipment or get them worked on...I do.not have my personal account here and never will due to them being so slow all the time. read more

After I expressed disappointment with a $45 wiring fee for ALL business accounts I was told by the manager that I was free to look at the completion to move My accounts. What happened to the day where people actually cared if you were a customer or not. read more

I took my son into this branch on Saturday, July 18 at around 11:00 to open a new checking account. He has had a savings account at Huntington for years, but he graduated from college and now he has a "real" job and makes "real" money. There was one couple in front of us in the teller line and no other customers in the bank... so two tellers, one "manager" and two customers. That's 50% more employees than customers. The teller told us that the only person who could open an account was tied up and we "could come back in one or two hours if we wanted to." We went down the road to PNC where my son was treated like a valued customer. We opened the account in less than 30 minutes. We then went back to Huntington to close the savings account and bring the funds to the PNC account. ... No customers in the branch. We were told that the only person who could close the account was tied up. So, we said we would like to withdrawal all the funds in the account except $.01. Then the person who was tied up suddenly became available. No one was huffy or nasty... No reaction at all.. No accountability, no concern, no interest in customers at all... Completely indifferent. Probably the worst bank I've ever had, expect some kind of issue every month. Will be the most random thing you can't control for example I was charged double for every purchase I had made, was multiple days until Huntington fixed the problem. Extremely slow with helping customers, even if your the only one in there expect to wait at least 15 minutes minimum to speak with someone, even for something as simple as a deposit. read more

I have had a great experience every time I have went into this branch. The staff there is so friendly compared to some banks I've went to. I have went in while they are somewhat busy and I had issues with my account and they were great with assisting my needs. read more
