The director were met with was dismissive from the start. My child did not do any prior prep for a SAT mock test as she didn't know how to prepare. As a result she scored in the 1250 range. I told the director when reviewing the test that our target score is 1550+, the director actually laughed at us and told us to stop dreaming! There's a difference between giving parents a realistic picture and openly mocking a kid's potential to their face, and this was the latter. We walked out that day in shame, thinking we were silly to have aspirations of 1550+ SAT score. We ended up signing up for one of their prep packages because we were successfully scared into thinking our child was woefully inadequate. In retrospect, the score for the section we signed up for barely budged between the start and the end of the tutoring we paid for. The part that still sticks with me: my child went on to score above that seemingly impossible number in under three months! If you're a parent considering this place, go in with your eyes open and don't let anyone talk down what your child is capable of.

We called one hundred times during that time of the pandemic to see if we could use our hours remotely. No one ever returned our calls. Then the location we went to in Roswell closed permanently. For months we asked for our money back and wouldn't hear from anyone. After persisting with more calls- they informed us our contract had expired. How is this legal? They were closed and not able to render services and our contract expires. Crooked bad people at C2. I am a retired teacher w a Masters in Teaching English. Teaching was awful- system is bad- and they used the pandemic as a way to take our money without providing services.
