With Mathnasium approach on 1:1 steps by steps, this made math easier to understand. My son was able to recover from his C to a B average by the end of the year. When my kids do not know how to solve a math problem she literally throws the answer book at them and does not explain how to solve the problem. She really just throws the answer book at them and says "This is the answer figure it out." Michelle doesn't know how to explain or does not how to figure out math equation. Why am I paying you? My kids came back crying because Michelle told them to stop acting like little babies. They have been attending this center for 6 years. I guess I am the idiot for not noticing this sooner. On saturday the 23rd i went to kumon. Jonathan is amazing but his wife needs to be worked on. She yelled at me and made me cry because i apperantly i "waste" time. I then got yelled at for not doing my work and not bringing supplies. I had to give michelle 50 kumon dollars for a pencil that had bite marks on it,flat eraser etc. Michelle touched me very weirdly and made me feel uncomfortable. After test my Daughter asked me to use the restroom, I asked teacher/owner Laura where is the restroom. Laura ignored my question. Then I asked her again and she walked us to the restroom With very unhappy face. When we come back Laura said that she doesn't want kids to use the restroom in their facility and she told us that we can use the restroom in Quickcheck across the street . I told her that this is impossible because my 4 year old can't hold it that long ( to cross the street for quickcheck we need to walk to reach crosswalk which is not close ) . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in my area unless your child don't pee or poop . ‍please stay away . And if you want to use kumon services in different locations please call first and ask if kids are allowed to use the restroom in their facility . I know Marlboro location does .
