I have let her be rude for years because dealing with mentally ill people is tough, I am adult enough to realize it isn't me-it's the job. I have paid for service for years to be treated poorly by Maria, just to see Kelly Hoover. I am no longer willing to be treated badly because her job is hard. My job is hard too! But I do it, and the people who are nice to me actually matter-to Maria, everyone is the same. I'm not a drug addict, I don't have bipolar disorder-very different, highly unstable disorders-I have depression that I deal with and manage well. But I'm treated like I don't matter everytime I go to this facility-by Maria. I have earned the right to be treated well. I've never said a word about her behavior until now. I pay too much to see Kelly to deal with this.

I see Dr. Bossert and can't say enough good things about him. He always has time to listen to you and explains things in terms you understand. He always has time for questions. He is very upbeat and full of energy and is an amazing doctor. Heather is one of his nurses and a special shout out to her for her compassion. She comforted me through a procedure that I was extremely nervous about and helped me get through it. Thankful for her as well!! I would recommend Dr. Bossert and his team to everyone.

Mayo Clinic surgeons have told me directly that this outcome was caused by poor surgical technique. She also left an ovarian cyst inside me and shortened my vaginal canal so drastically that I'll need multiple reconstruction surgeries and a skin graft. The pain and cost have been unimaginable -- each Mayo consultation is $3,000, and this process will take years. Dr Ann Sullivan refuses to respond, refuses accountability, and blames the patient when her work causes damage. She lists herself as a "specialist" in these procedures, but my experience and medical evaluations say otherwise. Patients deserve to know what they're walking into. I wish I had.
