I've been seeing Dr. Hill for over ten years, before she moved here, and she's the best PCP I've ever had. I started bringing my son and mom, who has quite a few health problems, to her and they would all say the same thing. She's an amazing physician, exudes compassion and will hook you up with the best specialist in Omaha for advanced care issues. I've also had great experiences from other providers in the building.
What people fail to realize is that you have to vibe with your doctor. If you don't, see somebody else. But if you're the type of person the signs and laws about abusing medical personnel were written for, it might just be you who's the problem.
Otherwise, billing has been more reliable and flexible than any other medical provider in the city, and I have very difficult insurance. Parking is abundant with lots of handicapped spots next to the front door. If I had any complaints, it would be that the portal software is clunky, but they are in the process of changing that. Despite this, I can easily and reliably communicate with my providers via messages. And they are quick to reply, refill medication or setup an urgent appointment. This goes for speaking to a nurse over the phone, which is accessible by one button.
Also, don't overlook the (quick) urgent care! If you need help on the weekend, Think should be your first choice.
