Austin came over soon after we made our request, gave us a fair quote, and began the first part of the repair soon after. The project was in two parts because part of the damage was under solar panels. So we paid for what he did, and stayed in touch as the installers weren't able to get to us for weeks. Final roofing work happened yesterday, and he also replaced two shingles that had fallen since he'd left (not his fault). Easy to communicate with, generally responded same day or next day. Would use again.

Matthew came and looked at it and recommended a pressure treated fence to match the rest of the deck. He looked closely at it, took pictures and did an absolutely beautiful job. Matthew was always on time and finished in under a day. He also replaced a rotted handrail on the deck. It came out perfect! I reached out to DRY Construction for a few repairs to my home that I wanted completed before my…read morein-laws visited from down South and was on a strict timeline with not much notice. Although they were not confident in fitting me in with my timeframe, surprisingly they were able to accommodate me while no other contractor could even quote the project for months out. They were great to deal with and kept me involved on every detail. I will admit that I did allow work to be performed while I was at work (no one home), after hours (past 5p), and on two weekends. They respected my home and property and even finished days earlier than expected. They made some suggestions in order to save me on overall cost and also on products that I was unfamiliar with that worked much better for my projects. I found their prices to be extremely fair and the payment schedule was great as I did not have all the funds up front. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and have always had one problem or another, the main one being attendance; I did not experience that issue with them.
