The pump overcharged me $1 per gallon. I went in with the receipt to tell him there was a problem with pump 16. He acted like I tried to put Nitro into my old Buick and didn't understand how pumps and gas prices work. I know which button I pushed because it said $3.19, when the sign said $3.09. I was looking to see which price it would give me with a debit card. It was $4.09. Filling up my tank cost an extra $15. Shady! read more

I only stopped here once, and that was because I was procrastinating too much and was running on fumes, so I only put in $10 worth. This place is ALWAYS inflating its gas prices, and the thing that mostly pisses me off is their CASH vs CREDIT attitude. Why is credit always more expensive? By like $0.10? It is a gas station that simply monopolizes the Ypsilanti Twp area and sells overpriced gas. You fill up here, you're paying too much at the pump, you can bet on that. read more

They are nice enough inside but I am tired of their inflated gas prices compared to nearby stations. Also, today was probably the 4th time in the past year (shame on me) that I purchased a car wash at the pump only to find the wash was closed for repairs. You would think that they would turn off the option of purchasing a wash at the pump if they know the thing is broken. Aside from their location they are not so convenient for a convenience store. CAR WASH CHEATERS! I bought two $10 car washes. One for my wife's car (which I used right then) and one for my daughters car. For various reasons I did not get back with my daughters car for a couple of weeks. The machine refused my code so I went inside to ask for a replacement. (Like every other car wash does. ) Both the clerk and the manager refused to give me anything for the $10. THEY GOT MY $10 AND I GOT NOTHING!!! The legal term for that is "Unjust Enrichment ". Since this is the only gas station near me and on my way to work I've been forced because of time restraints to stop there. It's horrible! Overpriced on every level. Now it's a Shell station and even thought they claim to take Kroger Rewards their pumps won't read them or take the number! I can't wait until the Kroger gas station is built - its right next door to this craptastic place! read more

Very rude manager/owner. I'm in the process of selling my car, and have been searching it for scratches, dents, ect. I had a few light scratches and no paint damage. I took the car to the car wash the day I was supposed to sell the vehical. I got out of the car wash and noticed paint scratches that LOOKED like small stone marks all over the hood and on the roof. I also noticed that the chrome was damaged and I have several large scratches all over. I talked to the worker and had to wait over a half hour to talk to a manager. He looked at the hood and said "I don't have time for this". I asked for the insurance information and owners information. He said that he didn't have insurance and to get off the property and proceeded to yell at me. Due to the way insurance works, we obviously will have to pay out of pocket, but the problem is the attitude and incredible rudeness. We have been going there for gas and pizza for years, but never again. read more

I am writing about "Huron Fuel Plaza" - the gas station at 244 Joe Hall Drive, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. I have been going there to wash my car and the car wash does not work - the undercarriage washer, right side car brushes and the sprayers on right side do not work. I have raised this issue before and again on complaining to the store owner to fix the wash he asked me to leave the store, did not offer to fix the wash or refund my money. He is charging $8.00 for the advertised "Deluxe Wash" which is not working. On top of that they have inflated gas prices too! STAY AWAY! VERY RUDE AND NO SERVICE! read more
