Beware of illegal towing by this company! Driver Thomas attempted to illegally impound my vehicle…read morewithout any documented evidence that I was parking illegally. Please see google review for additional information, but I will just say that dispatcher Christine did a great job of being forthcoming about who called to have my car impounded. It was a disgruntled resident who did NOT have prior authorization to call a towing company for cars parked in the carport. She was unable to even provide documentation that she herself was allowed to park in the carport. Driver Thomas was unwilling to allow me to resolve this issue with cash, but he drove off without towing once the cops showed up. He did not speak to a LEO and claimed, "It's Easter and I don't want to deal with this." I will be seeking legal counsel to discussion next steps in this process, as the unlawful towing attempt resulting in my car being scraped. Based on the other reviews, this company has a horrible track record in professionalism, service, and fees associated with their services. Based on my interaction with Driver Thomas in truck #200, I can say that they are WORSE than what the reviews suggest. Please see google review highlighting this incident in greater detail.

Our interactions with Wall Street towing services have been much less than pleasant and helpful…read more We would NOT recommend their services. Unfortunately, our daughter had a roll over accident. Of course the car needed to be towed. As her parents, we were called immediately and got to the scene of the accident as soon as we could. Before we were able to get there, a tow truck had already been called. We are AAA members and our daughter had asked to call AAA. The officer prohibited her from making the call. This forced us to deal with Wall Street towing and left us with a very large bill and much inconvenience. We were there twice cleaning out the car. And then when we were there to turn the title of the car (which was totaled) over to Wall Street we were presented with a bill for $600.00 which needed to be paid for in cash. We were not made aware of their cash only policy. Since we were there at the end of the day we were not able to get $600.00 from the ATM because it exceeded our withdrawal limit for the day. We returned the next morning to close the transaction which was a big inconvenience. In addition, when you open the door to the office, you are overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke. Very offensive. We were not informed of the amount of the bill or the fact that we needed to pay in cash. I am guessing that very few people carry that much cash around and we have not encountered other businesses that have this policy. In fact, we have had several experiences with cashless businesses. The policy of 'cash only' is extremely inconvenient and very outdated. Especially when we were given no choice about who we were doing business with. The manager did not show any interest in providing good customer service. She only stated her right to run her business the way she saw fit. By her tone and quick arguments, we suspect that she has had similar conversations with other customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WALL STREET TOWING.

They then told me it would be another 20 mins. So after another 30 mins they texted and said the truck was having issues and would be delayed. I asked for an eta and they said 'at least an hr. The truck is broke down so we sent out another.' I said 'okay, what's the eta for that one, then?' He said 'an hr.' Nope. I told him to cancel, that it was bs, and I would call someone else. He said 'well, as i said our truck broke down.' I replied 'good, saves me from paying for your crappy service.' Then he sent a laugh emoji. Unacceptable. They could have told me after the first 20 mins that the truck was having issues, yet they just kept stringing me along. You are providing an EMERGENCY SERVICE for people who are paying you, and not only are you not going to communicate effectively, but you'll laugh at people who are stuck and frustrated??? Don't waste your money or time on this sh*t company.

I called them up, they told me to drop the car off and gave me a timeline for when they would look at it and contact me back. And, as always, they followed through. They told me what the problem was, what the timeline and estimated price would be, and asked if I wanted to proceed. They contacted me and got my car back in exactly the timeline they provided. I keep coming back here because the expertise is matched by compassion. Don't be put off by the location, the good quality of work they do has been consistent and reliable for me for well over a decade. Their pricing is reasonable and I have never been dissatisfied with their work.

Their promises are empty--don't trust them under any circumstances. My car started shaking while idling, so I brought it to their shop. They quoted me $600 for a throttle body replacement, and I authorized the repair. However, things quickly went downhill from there. They began misrepresenting the condition of their work, claiming they had driven the car and the issue persisted, which required them to keep the car for the weekend. After two days, they finally called to inform me that the timing chain had failed, resulting in catastrophic engine failure and the car won't start. They quoted me $1,800 to fix the timing chain. Frustrated with their dishonesty, I had the car towed. A subsequent diagnosis from the dealership confirmed that the engine is damaged and needs to be replaced.
