They then told me it would be another 20 mins. So after another 30 mins they texted and said the truck was having issues and would be delayed. I asked for an eta and they said 'at least an hr. The truck is broke down so we sent out another.' I said 'okay, what's the eta for that one, then?' He said 'an hr.' Nope. I told him to cancel, that it was bs, and I would call someone else. He said 'well, as i said our truck broke down.' I replied 'good, saves me from paying for your crappy service.' Then he sent a laugh emoji. Unacceptable. They could have told me after the first 20 mins that the truck was having issues, yet they just kept stringing me along. Phil was incredibly patient, took his time to explain everything, and treated my grandfather with genuine respect and dignity.
