He carried all the confidence of John Goodman from arachnophobia. We had wasp nests in the eaves of our garage. There were hundreds of them. He just watched them for awhile with his head tilted and then said. "There are two choices: You can wait for them to die in a month or so....orrrrr we can kill them". I said: kill them. He took my check for what we found to be a reasonable amount. I went inside. He put on his suit. Climbed the ladder. Did his magic and drove away. Our home is a wasp free zone now Can't think of better criteria for a five star rating!

The technician told us they were booked out for the next two weeks, but our situation was urgent, so he took the time to stop by on his way home for the night (it was on the way). He showed up prepared, knowledgeable, and took care of treating and removing the Yellowjacket nest in less than a few hours. Once the job was finished, we were provided with proper instruction about what to do moving forward. Really impressed and satisfied after having such a bad experience with Terminix, a company that wasn't qualified to address our Yellowjacket problem.

Affordable. Kind. Quick!…read more I can not say enough good things about this business. An adorable trash panda decided to make her nest in our fireplace. We didn't have a chimney cap on, and come to find out, raccoons love to have their babies in there. Ignorantly I thought the little critter was stuck in there, so I called several places trying to get someone to get her out same day. Every place I called was met with surly guys who did not have time for it. I understand being booked up, but to be rude is unnecessary. "It's just a wild animal, ma'am, doesn't matter if it dies." Really? Finally I got ahold of a pest control place that didn't do this kind of removal and referred me to All Seasons. The moment Jessica answered I felt better about the situation haha. She explained that the raccoon was likely not stuck, and nesting. And that they don't usually set up traps on Friday, however she'd call her guys and see what can be done. Tim called me back not long after. He was such a kind person and we shared a few laughs on the phone. He explained the entire process and cost of each up front. They humanely trap the animal should the first step pheromone not work. Noah, the pest control specialist who came out, was so kind and thorough! He sprayed the pheromone and came out the next day on his Saturday to make sure the raccoon was gone. ON TOP of that, he installed my chimney cap for me, and explained why we continually get carpenter bees in the spring. I will be reaching out to All Seasons for ANY pest control we may need in the future- including the frickin carpenter bees. Their customer service was outstanding and I look forward to being a customer for life. Thank you, guys!!!

This company doesn't know anything about roach extermination. They set up a few traps that will…read morecatch a few roaches that happen to walk through it but will NOT exterminate. In the meantime, the rest of the roach colony will happily reproduce. This does not eliminate an entire infestation or the nest. The gap in the front door is conveniently overlooked, which is how the roaches travel between the condo units. Besides, I was charged for the work that was never done. Carpet extraction? All the work was done in the kitchen only that has no carpet whatsoever. Possibly a standard charge that they bill everyone for no matter what. I found out after the fact, when the condo association billed me. So All Seasons will keep coming back and send more bills. The extermination is not happening. It's all about $$.

I'd like to add one item that I didn't mention earlier, while the main issue we were dealing with…read morewas rodents I mentioned to Orkin that we also has been seeing some moths lately and they identified them as 'Indian Meal Moths' which are an invasive species in North America and are becoming a common pest issue. Orkin advised us to get rid of all potential food sources (mainly grains and cereals) or seal them in plastic containers, but they indicated they could also spray for them in cupboards where they were prevalent. That was included in their total price agreed upon, they did not charge extra for it-to their credit. But the spray was really ineffective getting rid of the moths. After a couple of months we were still seeing them (we'd already tossed old cereal boxes and/or packaged them in sealed plastic containers). I did some internet research on this pest and several sites recommended using pheromone traps-it's a cardboard triangular shaped box that gives off a pheromone which attracts the male moths and there is glue on the inside surfaces which traps them. I ordered some of these through the internet, placed them and within 5-6 weeks the moths had disappeared. It's not an instant fix, because it only captures/kills the males and eventually the population disappears from lack of breeding-but it works. Since we were not charged for the Orkin spray I can't complain too much, but once again the technology they use is not as good as what is available if you do a little research online and try the best recommended methods. Orkin are supposed to be the experts in pest control, if customers are finding better information doing internet research on their own what does that tell you? They need to up their game and improve their technology, or they'll be out of business soon.

Would leave zero stars if that was an option. We hired them for moth control and after months of…read morecatching nothing while our cheap traps were catching loads of moths, they acknowledged that they used the wrong traps. Even so, I couldn't reach them to discuss a resolution and had to file a chareback to correct it.
