In June we called Orkin back as their work had a warranty. 3 times they sent someone out to 'check' it, telling me they would send yet a 4th guy (over a 5 month period). Following a just OWN IT discussion, they sent Jake and Hunter who actually did something to reseal the house. Jake and Hunter were great.
