Our house included 2 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 2 stairs, and a basement for $300. We had a pet stain and marks in the carpet from our furniture. They said they could get out the pet stain and the carpet marks. The stain was gone, but the marks in the carpet from the beds and dresser remained. I didn't see the carpets before they left because they told me my feet would leave behind prints on the wet carpets. Normally, I would call and bring them back to correct, but we had photos scheduled at the house the next morning. They also told me it would take 2 hours, but were there for around 40 minutes.
