Worst health system I've dealt with in the whole country. I faxed an order for imaging for my patient. Our system showed a successful transmission yet they can't find it weeks later. Calling, no one knows anything, can't get anything done. The complete incompetence, irritation and neglect of basic patient care is beyond frustrating, it's dangerous for patient care. They should be ashamed of themselves. People could have health crisis while waiting for their incompetence. read more

I had a good experience with Faith in the call center to help me get a soon appointment with for my son. He had a poor experience with a recent provider and needed to change to another provider soon in order to get a referral for an urgent problem. Faith was relentless in getting us seen within a day or two. This puts my faith in the system. I hope the doctor is better and more knowledgeable than the last. Thank you Faith !!! I'm in Utah from out of state. I had to go to the emergency room in Hurricane Utah. The first thing I noticed was how nice the place looked. I was taken in right away and well looked after. My check-in was realitively painless. I was seen by Dr. Foster, who explained everything to me. Luckily, I only needed antibiotics. If I could give negative stars to Intermountain Healthcare as a whole, I definitely would! Starting with how the doctors / nursing staff do NOT properly explain insurance coding to patients when requesting certain tests (including OVER CHARGED blood work - over $250 for simple blood tests that Lab Corp with same tests properly charges insurance & is less than $75) and coding all tests as diagnostic vs routine/preventative, as to assure that the insurance company (Blue Cross Blue Shield) will NOT cover and overly charge the patient. Secondly, try for close to a year to get coding audits done on the blood work & other tests and get the run-around, with ZERO assistance to get the coding properly resolved! Lastly, the Financial Assistance Department for Intermountain Healthcare is either a Scam or Fraud - cannot reach a person when calling and when filling out the proper paperwork and sending it in via e-mail, only to get AI generated e-mail replies for over two months! Intermountain Healthcare is a Private / non-profit organization, but they definitely want to profit from patients for poorly coded over-priced tests and zero assistance. I would NOT recommend Intermountain Healthcare - dealing with them, one can see why no one trusts the Health Care Industry! read more

Yesterday, early morning, my wife felt dizzy several times. She has never been the type to have minor complaints so we took this seriously and went to the Instacare next to the hospital. Got there and they have a TV monitor with the expected wait times. It said 43 minutes but we were in under 20 which was great. read more

After my surgery I got an infection and went to the ER...of course they hit me for the $350 co-pay...no one has any accountability....and I was injured at their facility and they brushed it off and sent me to physical therapy full payment on my part but the deductible is too high...I'm. Getting their malpractice insurance... My real problem is with their healthcare billing, these people are completely corrupt. They do something called pre-collection harassment in their phone calls and in their presentation to get you to pay in full sooner it is all about money with these disgusting individuals....and they over charge as a rule ...I hope they go down in flames financially and have to experience the same sub par healthcare we all receive from them... They are the system, corrupt and unethical. When they say they're going to sue you or send you to collections it is just a ploy, they overcharge and under deliver the worst hospital system in the us...and their accounting staff is garbage ...one star is too many-they hurt people read more

The insta care in this hospital is god awful. I scheduled an appointment online for 3:00pm and when I got there I got checked in just fine the issues started occurring when it took me 3 hours just to get back into an exam room after being told many times that I was next to be called up. I watched as 5 other patients got called before me when I was supposedly next. read more

Dr Spanos has been our primary doctor for four years and he is wonderful. But it's definitely time to find a new doctor. It's sad because we really like Dr. Spanos, but the office staff and practices are terrible. The last 4-5 times I have called to make an appointment. They wouldn't get me in for 2-3 weeks! 2-3 weeks for a sick child needing to see a doctor??? How does that make any sense? When I asked to see another doctor on staff, they told me that was impossible because we see Dr. Spanos, and instead I'll have to go to instacare. So they'd rather send me to another practice then have me see one of their in house physicians. The front desk staff is extremely rude and very unhelpful. Don't waste your time trying to get in to this office. Find a better option. read more

Just to start, this place needs more direction. I walked in at 11:35, the gentlemen that was working front desk asked me to sign in and they would be with me shortly. Well after 20 mins and 3 other people that got there after me. I noticed he had not called me up to get my info. So I walk up and ask. All he said what.
