SMH For starters, I urge EVERYONE to avoid signing up for the 'EXTENDED WARRANTY'- what you're paying for is for young, fresh out of high school kids who don't know anything about being PUNCTUAL and who have no shame in not even showing up for your simple appointments as agreed upon- so if you enjoy WASTING TIME, being lied to, and just throwing money away, then by all means sign up for their 'extended warranty' and learn the hard way if you like it like that? ALSO, I don't know that alot of these sales people do (whether you goto the Clinton Township store or the Rochester one)- oftentimes, they just stand around and don't really help new customers as they're browsing the floor models inside the store- and if you do end up purchasing an appliance, in particular one that has more than a 7 day waiting/fulfillment time frame, you can count on ONE THING to be consistent about these 'sales men/women'- they WILL NEVER CALL you when the item is in stock/ready to be shipped.
