Rob Collins helped her on the showroom floor, looking into ones in stock (for quicker delivery) and measuring the ones she liked. The sales part was efficient. They are helpful until you pay and then you are on your own. Poor customer service No filters in my $3000 frig. After 3 attempts I had to purchase them myself so we could use the water. Today I got a washer delivered and it leaks and is jumping all over. I was told I have to wait until tomorrow. I already waited my turn for delivery. No more ABC warehouse for me. read more

Bought a new section. Electric reclining chair on it and what not. They did not cut the zip ties to the wires and just after 3 months the wires got pinched and now can't even recline my chairs on the sectional. I also bought a washer the same time as the couch, and 4 months after having the brand new washer, the circuit board took a crap and thankfully had DTE come out and put the new circuit board in that we got from ABC warehouse for free because of the 1 year warranty, but if there was not a 1 year warranty we would have been without a washer. And as for the couch we have to find the same connection that fits the couch so me and my family can recline on this new sectional. Mostlikely have to buy 2 sets of universal electric power cords that are adaptable to this sectional. Never had to deal with this many issues on brand new furniture/appliances. There's more but I don't have the time to waste on how many things went wrong over the years buying from ABC warehouse. I highly recommend going to a different store because all I've had with ABC warehouse, is problems with everything I've ever bought from there. Went there on 2/10/24 (13 Mile & Little Mack Roseville), female that assisted me smelled like alcohol. I asked for the manager (young white male), and he was high as a kite. I did tell him she was drunk, and he denied it completely. They kept giving me wrong prices, and won't even offer free delivery, unless I spent $900 on my dryer. I ended up going two buildings over and buying one. read more

I bought a washer for my 75-year-old mother and had it delivered. I was leaving for work explain to them what I needed done and left they had my phone number they could've called me instead they left a dryer in the middle of a hallway where my mom can't walk to the bathroom or to the kitchen from her bedroom if this is how the Cover treats people then they don't deserve our business. When I called to talk to the badger he pretty much didn't give a shit and said the driver was in the right well if you deliver something and it don't fit you don't leave it in the open without talking to somebody and see if they could be moved I did not recommend anybody going to the business or have an easy delivered for this business read more

You ever wonder where all the low cut rate used car salesmen go to retire??? THIS PLACE!! As soon as you walk in the door (after they're done standing around chitchatting at the front door with one another) you're bum barded with a hostile salesfloor environment & pressure to BUY,SPEND!! Then the " grandiose gestures" lies of stock availability and 2day delivery. Unbelievable how someone can leave an utter mess and block pathways in my house. I purchased a tv stand to be delivered and assembled and walked into a mess after they were done and left. Very unacceptable when paying a big fee for delivery and set up and they leave not only a mess but something very heavy I cannot physically move myself while blocking pathway to my hallway and kitchen. read more

The location in Clinton Twp is now in Roseville and I have had the WORST experience with that company. I purchased 6 appliances, the entire kitchen plus laundry from this store. Upon delivery, not only was the fridge damaged, but it was the wrong one. When I called, the sent out new doors, but they were still the wrong ones. I returned to the store and the manager, Joe, said he would not do anything to fix it so I was forced to do a return. I lost 16 hours of "4-hour windows" for this company and still don't have a fridge. To make matters worse, the salesman screwed up the credit application and made me the borrower and not my girlfriend like applied. I didn't even apply for a card. I gave my ID for delivery and he used my information for the credit authorization. I've spoken with manager after manager and got no where I suggest no one deal with this company!!!!!! read more

I came to ABC Warehouse just to look at their selection of Sony home theater electronics. I ended up walking out with a new system! I can remember seeing their TV commercials since I was real young. Surprisingly, I'd never been to one before. So this was my first time. I was quite happy with their selection. They're definitely competing with Best Buy and Circuit City, in that ABC is trying to do a little bit of everything. Just about anything electronic will show up here. I got the Sony Bravia audio system that takes 1080p audio for under $500. It's a real space saver and sounds great! The price I was really surprised with as well. If you're not an audiophile and are looking for decent electronics for honest prices, then this is a great place to check out! read more

This Clinton Township location has moved to 20620 E Thirteen Mile Rd, Roseville. Purchased a mattress and we were unhappy with it, felt completely different than in store. Called to see what our options where. Received the worst "Customer Service". The man that answered the phone was rude, sarcastic, patronizing, and unprofessional. This company, much less this location is a nightmare to deal with. Corporate ghosts you and never calls back. What a nightmare. read more

Bought a floor model tv with no base which wasn't a problem. Salesman assured me it worked and came with a full year warranty. I get the tv home only to find out the hdmi doesn't work and they won't take it back stating sold as is. Will never step foot back inside that story. Just shady. read more

Big fan of this location. Purchased my new samsung washer and dryer from Brenna who was great! She hung back and let me look, did not give me any sales pitches or any pressure. She even gave my daughter one of the magnets off of the washer. Forgot to mention that she beat Best Buy's price even though they were lower than ABC warehouse!!! I ask about their acceptance now financing. I was told by their rep that I could make 3 payments of any amount and pay it off in 90 days. The contract was pulled up on their monitor and as the rep explained each page I electronically signed. I was assured of the terms he was explaining. I was not given any paperwork. Told it would come email. So, I went in to make my 1st payment which I wanted to pay 1/3 of the balance owed. Now, this rep told me I am only allowed to pay the minimum due which according to my contract was $179. After I learned of the true terms I told 'Adam' I was recording the rest of our conversation. I handed him $200. cash and he gave me change back of $7.53 !!! Then I had to ask for a receipt where I saw that only $75.25 came off my balance. I was not given any confirmation that added up. I was also told I HAD to pay $12.99 for some insurance to guarantee that they would not sell or share my information. I just paid them off today. Cut my loss. I recorded the payoff and amount as I swiped my debit card. The manager told me I could not record my payoff that it is illegal. LOL! ONLY GO HERE IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH.
