I made the decision which was both time consuming and financially impactful to switch Orthodontists 6 months into treatment with the other said office (the investment financially would not be refunded, as well as time being that their office is very close to me and Dr. Thomas is a 20 min drive each way). Even my first consult with Dr. Thomas made me feel at ease with his office. He was both kind and empathetic to the situation I was coming from. I had a long road ahead and seeing the difference from office to office I now know what great hands I am in. We removed the braces from the previous office, allowed my teeth to stabilize and then started completely over. They offer financing and a really good deal on retainers once treatment is over. All the staff here are super responsive and I love how you can text their number to reschedule or adjust appointments. It's been about eight weeks since I've started my Invisalign treatment, and I'm very impressed with the progress.
