Pleasant front desk staff, dental assistant and Dr. Painless experience for full mouth xrays and exam and cleaning. She showed me my xrays and explained things my previous dentist of many years never had. Zero pressure to get work done unlike previous dentists that say you must fix this now. Do not plan on having any emergency doctor appointments because you will get harassed the whole day, and basically tell you that you should of gotten sick on your day off...even though the other employee is just allowed to miss as many days as needed without question because of unprofessional relations. Do not plan to have any questions or want to watch hands on to learn and grow because you will get told to go find something to do which allows no career growth. Plan to have tools thrown down at you and spoken to rudely and told "do it how they taught you in assisting school" if you have a questions about taking impressions for a procedure or a foot tapped at you if you are not able to do something within seconds. We've had the gamut of dental issues and I have always been pleased with the service. Usually we see Dr. Milne, but Dr. Shoen is really nice too. All of the hygienists are so pleasant and friendly as are the ladies who are at the front desk. The lobby is really clean and pretty and there's plenty of reading material when you have to wait for kids to get cleanings.
