Then when we walked in, this stuck up secretary that thinks she's all that told my mother with an attitude that they don't do that any more and that there was no lawyer that handles those types of cases. But the real question, is if you don't do labor law as part of your service then why do you even have it listed in the first place. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING and by the way the owner looks, he looks like he'd do anything to screw anyone over to get clients. I called, Eric returned my call instantly replied same day to explain proceedings 1/29/26. Radio silence after. So I call today 2/11/26, Eric sends me on a hunt for answers from the carrier (is not this his job). Eric pretended to sign me to the firm at 1pm has all my sensitive information or demographics for the workers compensation stating I am on it. Then I get a call at 6pm. Eric calls stating ' we are just swamped and too busy for your case let me refer you to my friends that MAY HELP. Can I have permission to send over your information to another firm. We are too busy for your case. After hours of emails and calls to sequester information to get a reply just too busy is suspect. Im just a nurse with a broken foot looking no for help and they dropped me.
