It was really only five minutes of peacefully sitting with the needles in, if you don't include having to listen to the acupuncturist chatting with everyone about their weekend, being reprimanded for daring to say something when the needles fall out, and being asked if you're ready to have them out with five minutes of time still left. I felt no reduction in pain or other différence after the session. Would not recommend, as it was a waste of time, money and mental peace.

Every encounter with the front desk and massage therapists left me feeling relaxed and like I got what I needed. I loved that the therapists were very knowledgeable about prenatal massages and I got a great massage/pressure. We also reached out to them for information about birth doulas, and we connected with Risa. Risa was incredibly helpful during our prenatal and labor times and as an outreach in postpartum. Being first-time parents, we had open conversations about what to expect with birth which helped us shape our preferences while knowing things could change at any time; they provided an incredible opportunity for us to ask questions and talk through concerns as we came closer to our due date; and when it came time for delivery, we knew exactly how to contact Risa and be sure of what we needed. At the hospital, having her by our side helped immensely through her vast knowledge and expertise.
