Bought 3 $40/piece Geek Bars and some nootropics at this place a week ago. Got one of the vapes out…read morewhen I got home & plugged it in... NOTHING. Didn't light up. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't hit. So, I opened the other one and our worked just fine. Stopped over to exchange the defective one 2 days later. Sign on the door said "BACK IN 5." Fine. Couldn't wait, tried again two more times over the course of a week and the, "back in 5," sign was up both times. Finally today- they were open again. Both people behind the register were rude, implied I was lying, rooms me I should've checked before I left with it, refused to connect me with the owner, checked the vape themselves- didn't light up-same as when I got it home. Maybe I should've called them right away. But a business that doesn't stand behind their products is not going to last. So, I guess they can dig their own grave. Told me the best they could do was offer 20% of another one. So they basically just stole $40 from me. Pretty sure they're just in the back blowing lines of cocaine. Homeboys nose was in rough shape. Wonder if the owner knows how often the employees are slapping the, "" BACK IN 5," sign up on the door. Shittiest customer service I've dealt with in a long time. Will not be patronizing this bullshit establishment ever again. Definitely going to try and find the owner ands let them know about it. Thanks for letting me rant
