BBB complaint I filed-…read more I noticed that I had standing water in my kitchen that was coming through a crack in my ceiling. After doing some troubleshooting in the attic I realized that the issue was coming from the roof. I called Above and Beyond Roofing to come out and take a look since they were the ones that replaced my roof. They came out, agreed that the leak was coming from the boot and put caulk around it to stop the leak. The leak did stop. I let them know that I would be contacting a handyman to get an estimate for the repairs for the water damage. Within the next few days I called them and emailed Above and Beyond roofing with no response. After getting the estimate I called them again and was able to talk. Above and Beyond Roofing started saying that the estimate I got was ridiculous and the leak wasn't their fault. I sent them the pictures I took, detailing the leak and the steps I took while troubleshooting. No response. I called them again today and they came out but only to argue that the estimate I got was ridiculous and the leak wasn't their fault. I am only asking them to repair the damages caused by the leak by a reputable handyman and the items I had to purchase while troubleshooting (gloves to work with water and insulation, a flashlight for working in the attic, and a can of Flexseal and waterproof tape).

Claimed we didn't request our detached garage in the bid (like we want our garage a different color than our house?) They ripped all the screens on our windows, ripped our internet hardline out of the wall costing us $200 to get the company to come out and reinstall it. It's going to cost us 3 times the contract amount to fix their work... folks run in the opposite direction...

Premier used quality workers (siding we had Tony and his brother, and the gutter guy, I didn't even get his name because he completed the entire house while I was at work!). I recall a time as Premier was re-roofing our garage that a piece of the roofing fell off snapping our garage door opener's line. The damage wasn't noticed until around 5pm. Premier had a garage door repairman out the following day to have it fixed. Again, I highly recommend this local business. I will use them again if needed.

At that time, we felt confident that the job would be done well thanks to the sales rep that was at our home. We were promised everything we were concerned with would be handled. AGR was terrible with communication, we did not know when the roof would be done or when their contractors would show up. We had people showing up randomly, sometimes not even doing any work, leaving our gate open, and leaving materials all over our yard and driveway. After the roof was completed, there were nails all over our yard and driveway. The roof looked terrible when it was completed, did not look professional at all. And on top of that, our brand new fence gate was damaged and bent by AGR employees and they have not addressed that concern at all. Trying to get ahold of anyone to address our concerns has been the most difficult process ever. It is now 6+ months later, and we have not had some of the work done that was promised by AGR. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great, professional roofing service.

Not trustworthy. They needed me to open two insurance claims to get my roof replaced. I have an audio recording of them stating they would cover the deductible as proof. They are claiming that this was because I didn't hire them to replace my windows but they stated they would add a 30% markup to the windows and stated there wasn't enough insurance money to cover it. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this outfit.

Never again!! Broken windows (by the siding workers), ripped out cable from slip shot work (no cable for a week, yea that was just great), poorly wrapped window siding that are falling apart still, and a list of other items that were/are a major fail. Topping that list was the unprofessional workers who felt it necessary to cat call the neighbors daughter repeatedly (a wife and mother), ignorance clearly runs ramped with who these people hire. Think twice before you call them.
