The egg rolls were wonderfully light and fresh, so much so that both my wife and I burned our mouth a bit. So just keep that in mind, but if you don't get too impatient, they're delicious. For the main dishes, they were all so spectacular. I didn't know Pad Thai could be so deliciously spicy. Everything had its own tasty flavor profile- whether it be nutty and sweet in the curry or spicy and savory in the Basil Rice. Overall, our experience at Thai Valley Kitchen was worth writing home about. And through our family journey of trying Pad Thai at each establishment, this one clearly took first place. Thai Valley may have been the best Thai restaurant I've ever eaten at- and that's saying something.
