THEY'RE THIEVES!!! They stole my iPad Pro and all of my Crate & Barrel dishwares and silverwares…read moreand who know what else they stole. It seems like I have way less stuff and have to buy new stuff for dining after the move. They charged $2400 to move a 1 bedroom materials for 8 miles. For that type price, they didn't even move stuff into appropriate rooms in the new apartment, they just left everything in the living room, plus they stole a lot stuff. I asked them to put them in a storage unit overnight and they declined. They absolutely took an advantage of me. THEY STOLE A LOT OF MATERIALS! Had to buy new plates and everything, to this day I still can't afford to replicate what I used to have. [I'm not a mover and I have no interest in making a bad review for competition purpose.]

DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE - BEWARE - I know, you are in a hurry, timing has changed…read moreand you cannot get the mover that was recommended - DELAY YOUR MOVE or delay the project. If you care about your belongings you cannot imagine what they will do to your furniture - even with you there trying to oversee things. We had been told to use someone else but they were unavailable on our move day so we went with All My Sons Moving (AMS) instead - the Sales person - Dennis said we would get their best crew. We explained we had many fragile, antique and valuable items - He said "no problem" they move high-value items from high-end homes all the time. He said he would be available day of move and handle everything to be sure it went through smoothly. TOTAL BS - Dennis was not around after we signed up and was not available or returned calls during move. The day they arrived - they were late - they came in driveway fast and after lots of maneuvering (driving over sprinkler heads cause they drove on lawn...hope they work in spring) and cracking pavement - they started. There were two "managers" - Shaquille and Austin and a large crew of ~10-12. Of the 12, ~5 were polite, professional, focused and hard working. The rest, including the "managers" were grossly unprofessional and generally were just goofing off, swearing up a storm - screaming F bombs etc. First major issue was they claimed that they did not have enough packing blankets to pack our stuff and that a couple wraps with shrinkwrap/saran wrap would protect our new and antique furniture from all damage. We argued with Shaquille over and over and over as he kept saying "well if we dont have enough, which we do not, which items do you want wrapped? Later it turned out they DID have the blankets but did not want to get off truck and use them! There were so many guys it was hard to keep an eye on them all for multistory home. In the end we found that they had gone into spaces that we told them not to/there was not items to move - while in attic they hit and broke off ceiling lights - leaving the bulb on the floor and saying nothing. They went out on to roof-top decks leaving door open - which we found etc. Next, one of the movers decided he would take a metal dolly stacked with heavy boxes overloaded with books down our wood front stairs - nearly splitting boards each drop except for when he was digging metal into wood - see pics. I told him to stop and he said "No, I know what i am f____ing doing" and continued even after we ordered him to stop and leave property. We had to call Trey who got them to stop (until we caught them again). Next - they loaded our small elevator with heavy boxes (we did not give permission) - we asked them to stop. Called Trey, spoke to Austin and Shaquille - but it continued until we threw fit - and electrical breakers. We provided gator aid to the guys - and they threw bottles all over when done (or not) and spilled in one room on floor an adjacent rug - but of course did not say anything and left mess. When we brought to their attention - no comment. After they left there were bottles and Kleenex all over. The Kleenex were used by Austin who had either a flu/cold/allergies and sounded pretty sick all day - still, pretty frustrating to PAY to have guys throw gator aide bottles and used tissues all over, spill gator aid on carpets and floor and leave it. Loading the truck - again - big fight -they said putting finished wood on new furniture against walls and floor of truck was OK because saran wrap would protect it - we tried to keep them from doing this on everything - but still they loaded entire dining set with finished wood on floor of truck with only wrap. All but one arrived with plastic worn through and scratches on edges of wood. Had numerous arguments about loading - in one Shaquille expressed what reasonably would be viewed as a threat of violence. You could easily hear the non-working 50-60% of crew swearing up a storm, and saying pejorative things about our requests etc. Austin was screaming to the other workers, "I better get a f'ing tip" - which we could hear from front yard, and "I don't give a f--- what they want." Had to jump on truck several times as they refused to pack items in protected way or to put blankets on items. Still missed a lot. One antique end table was wrapped with tape on the wood finish - some of which peeled off when i made them re-wrap with a blanket and overwrap. Ignorance? Incompetence? Do not use AMS! They claimed they were "done" and each time - we found that they just left stuff in rooms. Pictures on wall, closets still full etc. This went on for hours and we still found more stuff later. On Unloading to a storage unit -we had mostly the better guys from first day and Austin and things went smoother. - Though a good amount of time was recovering and rewrapping items that were not wrapped sufficiently the first day (Shaquile) - to protect in move into storage

Stephen went above and beyond to ensure I had all the resources/manpower I needed for my job. They were all very flexible and courteous. He has done a terrific job training his crews. I needed to move 3 huge storage units (10x 20) within a few days (very time sensitive) that were cluttered/a disaster with extremely heavy and fragile items or boxes. Stephen was also able to locate for me a company (Tidewater Property Preservation and Junk Removal) to take away at the last minute a 2,000 pound safe! The first crew of Austin and Kamren quickly tried to organize the pack/move for efficiency! These young men worked nonstop and effortlessly and even made suggestions to help facilitate the process. I can't thank them enough for their insights!! Our second day, I added Dijon, Spencer, Cam and Bryan. Again, this crew along with Kamren also worked tirelessly (not even stopping for rest/food) from 8:30-6pm. They treated my boxes/items with care as if my things were their own possessions! Bryan was even able to find people to come and get things that weren't able to be sold. This helped us so much! I super valued and really respected Dijon and Spencer's expertise about the timing of my UHaul and where to donate or sell certain items! Thank you both for helping make that last day go smoothly and finish on time! Sava joined us on the third day working just as diligently. This crew even traveled with us to the pod warehouse for unloading/repacking of our items in extremely hot conditions. For my last two days. I requested/asked for these same crews! They had been so amazing the other days for us. :) I appreciated all their hard work, enthusiasm and dedication these men gave to their job and my family over the course of 4 days! My gratitude to making a difficult move/pack process much easier given tight time constraints. The best recommendation I could give them is that I wanted to fly these crews to CA to help me unload my pod! Call Stephen at UniMovers and let his crews Kamren, Austin, Dijon, Spencer, Cam, Bryan and Sava handle your next move/pack/loading/unloading. You won't be disappointed and will definitely get your money's worth!! - Lisa Hoehle, Johnathan/Kayleigh Martin

*** DO NOT USE****…read more I hired this moving company to pack two PODS for a cross country move. I wanted to hire a "professional" packing company to maximize space and fit my belongings in the PODS. I had two major downsides with this company. The owner and the packing job. The packing of the pods was very unprofessional. They left approximately 3 FEET of open space at the top of each pod. This allowed items to shift during the move and alot of stuff not to fit. I had to spend two days repacking the PODS to fit my stuff. Towards the end of them packing when they realized 1/4 of my stuff was not going to fit, one of the workers said " this is why I always pack". So essentially I could of saved the money and just packed myself for the unprofessional packing job they did. The major issue is the owner and lies. During the move my $2000 king bed frame was damaged when the workers left it free standing on my driveway. Luckily I was outside to witness when the wind blew it over to crack the wood and knock metal pieces off of it. The worker immediately contacted Dezzy ? The owner and informed him of what happened. Dezzy told me on the phone that it was "an act of nature" and they are not responsible for items that they are not "actively" moving. The guys left it unsecured on the driveway to make space in the pods. I advised Dezzy that it was not even wrapped in a moving blanket. Dezzy agreed to cover the damages once I advised him of that. I heard him tell the worker on speakerphone after that "they need to wrap everything because since it wasn't wrapped he did not have an excuse not to pay" . Anyways his word does not mean much because it has been 4 months and they never paid the insurance claim. They also have not responded to multiple emails about the matter and I am out the money. AVOID and pay alittle more for better service!
