There are a few things I like very much about this store. I love that the store is very well lit. This is an issue that plays a big part in how safe and how comfortable I feel. It may not be relevant for you, but I know that I cant be the only one that enjoys a well lit store. I also love the really big selections of lingerie, lotions and potions! The selection of toys is even more impressive while the prices are average for an adult novelty store. I'm a sales/discount shopper and you can definently find a few deals if you keep your eyes peeled or better yet, check the app or here's one that you won't believe...ask the clerk. Right? They don't have any AI at the counter so far so go talk to a human being while you can! The issue that is make or break for me with any business is customer service and so far, all the staff I've encountered there has been friedly and knowledgable. This Hustler is a large location with a vast variety of products for all people and couples. I especially like how they don't have large windows looking into the shop for more privacy, unlike the location in San Jose. There is ample parking in the back. The inside of the store is well lit, clean and feel safe. Normally when you enter these places processed plastic smell hits your nose, that isn't the case here, it just smells clean. Good selection of lingerie that you can't find just anywhere and good selection of things from vanilla to kink to enhance the bedroom activities. The things I examined seemed pretty well made. Second toy did the same thing. 2 broken toys and $100 later I get told that it's not their problem and to go through the manufacture. Just buy your toys and such from Amazon where you can actually get your money back if it's faulty on their behalf. Went here on Saturday night. It was the first time my girlfriend and I have been to hustler and from the moment we entered the store, the staff began following us around. We would've liked some privacy to discuss what we liked from their selection. We tried our best to ignore them and continued to browse.
