I feel very torn, because I had a wonderful experience with the representative last night at the register (Edith) and the representative who measured me for the correct size bra (I don't remember her name). However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive. read more

This was the best bra shopping experience I have ever had and that is thanks to Lane Bryant and my sales associate at the store Ms. Edith! I did not know Lane Bryant actually measures and assisted me with finding these two bras that are so comfortable. Not to mention the fact that these bras make me feel like a woman and a little extra sexy. Ms. Edith was such a delight and so welcoming. She instantly greeted me and asked if she could assist me in finding anything. She went straight to work in finding these two bras and they worked perfectly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (after looking around at other clothes). The store is clean & super organized. There is plenty of free and safe parking and the location is easy to find across from the mall. read more

I went in today after going into other stores and feeling very discouraged and frustrated that I was getting 0 help from other places and nothing in my size. Right when I walked up Ariel came up to me and started to talk asked if I needed helped with anything. I told her I was looking for a bra. She helped me she told me how to measure since COVID no touching and I appreciate it. She asked all of the good questions about what I want from a bra gave different bras to try on. So happy I finally have bras that fit me and she even picked out super cute bralette for me. I've been shopping with lane Bryant for several years. I've recently went to this location and let me tell you about their lack of customer service. I had a horrible experience. For one I felt like I was being followed around like they thought I was going to steal. Second I spent almost 400 dollars. A women went before me and the horrible customer service lady offered her several coupons. And they weren't real women dollars I heard the entire conversation. Then when I ask for a coupon I was told I doesn't have any which was a lie. I used to work Lane Bryant so I know the deal honey. They are generally really kind and always give me some kind of discount so I was really blown away that I literally just watch her give someone else a discount but she refused to even give me a dollar official. read more

Bought a bra online, the same LIVI brand I have 6 other bras in. This one was no support and didn't fit. I drove from Manteca to Modesto return it with tags on and all. So not only have I paid for shipping, I'm now paying for gas there and back. I ordered using PayPal as it's a payment option and an easier process since my information is filled in for me. The Associate that helped me was fine, but the manager was rude. She told me if I plan to return my purchases to use a credit card and that she'd process the return "this time". I'm sorry, but who buys an item with the intention to pay for shipping to turn around and return it. If PayPal returns don't work properly, then Lane Bryant shouldn't offer it as an option. This was the store manager telling me this. I'm out shipping fees and gas, the last thing I need is a rude attitude and stupid response when the one thing I purchased won't work for me. I really love that the store is located by itself on Dale Road. It's nice not to have to go into the mall when you don't want to. Most of the time I have gotten lots of great help. A few weeks ago I went in at one and I think a new gal was helping myself and another customer she completely spaced out she put back the brawl that I wanted to try on she didn't help the lady waiting in the dressing room to try on some bras that she had picked out. I like this store. I've been a few times now..the gals are good at helping you make the most of your money. This last trip though the gal that greeted then checked me out was very friendly helped me find some good deals and pointed out that there was aa great bra sale going. She was dressed and made up super cute...the name on the receipt is Alexandria...she said I'd picked out some cute stuff...I don't know about other plus sized gals...but it makes me feel good when a curvy stylish gal compliments and helps in lane bryant...(no slant on the 14s and under--I think I saw one working there...) but to have a woman that represents the brand helpe...that will keep me coming back. read more

Oh my... customer service and math skills can use major improvement. I ordered and paid for 6 items online for in store pickup. When I arrived, there were only 5 items. The employee tried to convince me there were six. When she realized she was wrong, she insisted that I sign for all 6, and trust that I would get a refund. She said that there was no way for her to mark off that one was not received, no way for her to refund me on site, and no way for her to replace my item. ‍ Doesn't make sense to me. I was looking for a dress for a wedding that I will be attending in a couple of weeks. Been looking at dresses on the Lane Bryant website, and had an idea of what I wanted, just wanted to try on some dresses to see what size I needed and what looked nice on me. Went in to the store on Dale Road a little after 1PM today, and not one sales clerk greeted me, asked if I needed help, looked all over the store and didn't see one dress that even came close to what they had online. Now, mind you, it wasn't as if the store was filled with people, there were a few ladies in there, and from what I could see more than enough clerks to handle the customers in the store, but the clerk behind the counter couldn't even bother to look up and whom ever was on the floor did a good job pretending like she was busy doing something. I ended up walking out, going to their competitor and dropping over two hundred dollars at that store. I will never go back to this particular Lane Bryants again. read more
