Service was great and staff was happy to answer my questions. I went about 10am on a weekday and there was plenty of seating and parking. Great for a quick Route 66 pit stop! Ambiance was very cozy and had that quiet campus coffee shop feel. Great place to study, meet a few friends, bible study, or event a date. The mango fruit smoothie was great. It tasted fresh and the consistency was well blended, but not completely liquified. The croissant breakfast sandwich held this review back from 5 starts. This is my favorite coffee shop to get my white chocolate caramel iced latte. They always make it right the way I like it. 4 stars are purely for the coffee and kindness of the employees. They brew apothecary coffee which is the originally owners brand that he now roasts and its quality coffee. My husband and I ordered breakfast burritos and they were not good. Literally an open tortilla with some cheese, bacon and a circular egg. Just not the quality you'd expect. I stopped at Rx Brew to get some strong caffeine for the rest of my 14 hour drive and use the restroom. Generally coffee shops right next to colleges seem to have good coffee with a young, hip vibe and a comfortable safe setting. Rx was just a little off for me.. First off it felt 110 F outside and there was very little cooling indoors. An older, Asian gentlemen greeted us at the counter asking for our order about 3 times while we read the menu as we kept politely asking to give us just a second while we decided. There was only one other family in there with 2 younger kids and they had already been served so I wasn't sure what the urgency was. He took my simple, small iced soy latte order and made things very quickly. However it was not what I had ordered. I asked for a small ice soy latte with just a little bit of milk in there and he gave me a large iced regular milk latte which really stunk because my stomach cannot do dairy, especially on long road trips. I wanted to go up to the counter and switch it around but he was gone and we were on a time schedule so I just ended up pouring out half of it in the sink and trying to think positive thoughts for my future stomach. Definitely not worth the $5 and I would not come back if I were local. The parking was completely empty so that was no issue, the indoor decor was pretty cool with the artsy piano and trendy plants in each room. They also served simple glazed donuts and a small variety of pastries at the counter. Neither had GF options nor would I recommend them by the way they looked. ~ If you're going to trying this place it looks like other Yelpers recommend the cold brew so maybe go for that with no milk. read more

What a wonderful place to get coffee, donuts and a little bit more like the croissant breakfast sandwich. The service is superb, the environment fun and quirky, and the location a delightful spot in the midst of a college town with plenty of parking and even a drive thru. For interstate travelers I recommend staying at the clean, simple Travel Inn and then head to Rx Brew Coffee & Donuts for breakfast. I love this coffee shop, it's my family's go to on slow mornings, or mornings where we want donuts because they're connected to Daylight Donuts, not physically but they get their donuts from them. Only four stars because sometimes they'll put Espresso in my decaf latte, and sometimes they don't have menu items and it's only 10AM, but other than that, still love going there. read more

Place has tanked since change of ownership. The atmosphere is no longer the same, and they shot themselves in the foot with the wishy-washy stance on trivia nights. The new trivia person is ridiculous and is constantly late. She needs to go. This is also a college town, and the fact that this place is no longer open until 11 also has hurt it and its patronage. The lowered prices are nice. The addition of donuts are as well. Every thing else seems like it's gone to hell. read more

The bathroom and cafe were spotless, the staff is very friendly and helpful and their breakfast sandwiches are superb. So, if you're hungry you should go there, just skip the donuts. read more

Driving on the interstate we were browsing Yelp looking for something that wasn't a chain for lunch. Pulling into the parking space and seeing the renovated home turned into a restaurant I thought this had potential. It's a cool place. It's adjacent to a university campus so I assume that's the main clientele and that's who we found in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and efficient and the food was quite good. I have been around, and without flattery I can say that RX brew is by far the best experience of coffee and customer service I have had the pleasure of knowing. The baristas are all very bright, friendly, and knowledgeable of their wonderful drinks; alcoholic and non-alcoholic. RX Brew brings in a tantalizing array of roasts to please even the most scrupulous of coffee connoisseurs. They are always trying something new, which is very refreshing to see. They recently started serving house-made pastries and deli food, they put great pride into everything they prepare. The trivia nights are a blast, and the open mic nights are even more fun. It is very much a hidden gem out here in western Oklahoma. If you are passing through Weatherford, take the time to stop in. Highly recommend it. read more

Best coffee in Oklahoma west of OKC. Next to the college in a charmingly renovated bungalow, with a drive through and a wide covered front porch area. But it's worth stopping for the excellent food (and always great service) even if you're not a fan of espresso drinks.
