In June 2025, after an extremely wet spring in St. Louis, water entered through a wall they treated. The sump pit has been bone dry and the pump has never run since installation. I requested a refund, per the terms of the contract. On June 11, their representative said the company had changed ownership and would not honor the prior warranty. As of today, the issue remains unresolved. I will update this review if the company provides a fair resolution.

1 STAR IS TOO HIGH FOR THIS COMPANY! I had signed a contract…read morefor siding on my house on 4/12/25. I gave Rusty, the owner, a total of $5,800.00 down, a little over half of the contract. A few weeks later, he called to verify the colors with me. It wasn't until June 21st when he called and said the siding was in. He said the siding was in but was waiting for the soffit and fascia. Said it was about 1-1 1/2 weeks out for that. July 6th, he said still not in, out of his control. Next day, the 7th, oh... now it is in Delivered, supposedly, everything on 7/12, didn't start until 7/18. They slapped up some siding on front of house and garage along with some of the soffit and fascia. NOT THE COLOR I HAD ORDERED!!!!! I was told by Rusty's son, the supplier called and told him they could not get the color I signed for so Rusty told them to get something close. He tried to substitute without even discussing it with me first, thought they could get away with it. NOT EVEN IN THE SAME COLOR SCEME!!!!! They were nothing but amateurs working on my house. One guy had to get his helper out of a halfway house in Arkansas, then there were health issues of installer, then both he and his partner were picked up for outstanding warrants. The craftmanship was horrific. They had to take large sections down due to installing it wrong and sloppy, they did not use the proper material to start the siding or to finish it. I had to supply the starter strips, and they decided to to try and glue the top strip of siding on to the wall with caulk! I was told it was a preference on material used to install not actually required for installation. NOT MYPREFERENCE!!!!!! I ended up firing them for breach of contract after the installation crew packed up all of their tools and told me to call them directly when the Altman's decided t get all of the proper material needed to do the job because they were not making any money on this one. DUE TO MISTAKES AND TOO MANY TRIPS BACK AND FORTH. I decided to finish the job myself and have over 100 pictures of the sloppy unprofessional workmanship that they did on my house. At 1 point, Rusty told me if I wanted the mistakes and slop fixed properly, I would have to pay extra for labor and more material. I can't believe I let them stay on the job for 6 weeks on a job that should have taken no more than 1 and 1 1/2 weeks according to his installers doing the work. they never showed up before 10:30 am and would leave by 2 pm because of the heat. They were told they could get started by 6:30am and work until it was too hot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF PROJECT WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!! I was threatened by Rusty if I did not let them finish the job, he would file a mechanics lien against me and sue me for breach of contract. Like I said, I decided to finish the job myself and went out and got the rest of the material on my own that they refused to supply. Rusty did ask if he could bring the rest of the material over, I said yes, He could put it in my driveway and take a picture to prove he delivered it. That never happened!
