Whole job looks poor and unsatisfactory. I attempted to contact the company to resolve but they are ignoring me. Filing a dispute with cc company and leaving negative reviews to warn others. Look elsewhere if you want quality work and good customer service.

First he had to remove excess gravel from when we had it chipped and sealed believe me that was a job in itself. Then the cleanup began, there was a lot of dirt that had built up under the gravel had to clean that up so the material would seal to the driveway. I have a 23 year old laminate floor that I love and looks great!! Our dishwasher was leaking…read moreunbeknownst to me. Eventually some of the tiles were separating. I have this floor in my kitchen, dining area and laundry room. No doubt the product was discontinued. Reinhold assessed the situation and developed a plan to save my floor-it would have been no surprise and much easier to sell me a new floor. They measured, matched and ordered similar flooring to put under my washer and dryer. Those tiles could then be used to patch the area in front of the dishwasher. When the installer arrived they daringly used tools to move, glue and caulk my exisiting tiles. Oh, and they charged me NOTHING!! What a complete surprise to be treated like family (I purchased this floor at another outlet that has since changed hands and offered no solution.) Need a new floor? Run don't walk to this fine group of professionals who solve problems and treat the customer with respect and appreciation. Never returned to rehang doors or move furniture back despite repeated phone calls. Left an elderly couple (one with rheumatoid arthritis) to finish the job. Warning: make sure EVERYTHING Reinhold Flooring says they will do is in the written contract! Do NOT rely on verbal assurances. Will not be using Reinhold Flooring again (floor looks good though).

We ultimately chose Easter over the other contractors because their estimated project timeline was significantly shorter than the others. They DEFINITELY delivered on that shorter timeline! First of all, they showed up on time - for both the initial quote and the start of the project. That alone can be very hard to come by. Most importantly and impressively - they did the entire project in just 2 days! Our yard is fairly large and challenging - the ground is not level and there are a lot of rocks and bricks buried (I have no idea why the rocks are there, but they are and I know that had to have been difficult!).
