They spend time with sides and tips of the your nails so the jobs last much longer. I've never felt rushed or made to feel like I am an inconvenience. The staff is sweet and personable as well as Spanish-speaking. They offer many services including all of the current nail trends and a variety of polish colors. Vernee (the owner) is so nice, down to earth and knowledgeable. She makes sure that each patron is satisfied with the service and attends to her own clients. I called this morning to make an afternoon appt for two pedis. I find it best to make an appt. As a "walk-in", wait times can be very unpredictable. My sis and I arrived on time. We entered and were greeted with many smiles. By the time we'd signed in and each picked out polish colors, we were being directed to sit in the pedi spa chairs. The chairs are a bit dated but are very comfy and provide a nice chair massage. Ruth did an amazing job on my deluxe spa pedi. She listened to my requests and applied her professional touch! Afterward my feet were smooth, moisturized, neat and pretty! The gel on one nail started cracking and coming up the following weekend and going into week 2 majority of the nails are cracked which I've never even experienced before. They're affordable, well worth the price, and always make me feel pampered. Between the wine, the Salsa music, and the kind and skillful technicians, I have no reason to go to another nail salon. Apart from my personal experience, I also recommend this salon because of how the staff are treated like family. Cons: * Pedi services menu doesn't include what is offered, just a service and price. This made it hard to figure out which service I wanted to choose. * Tech did not do a massage with the pedi. The relaxing massage is one of the top reasons to get a pedicure. Needless to say, I left very disappointed. Overall, good service. II also noticed (afterward) that it is in the strip of stores.that have Mexican names. This explains why seemingly everyone except the manager was bilingual to varying degrees!. This also explains why there was no attempt at conversation. In fact, my nail tech. was on the phone most of the time. My nails did get done. All the clients that walked in while I was waiting seemed to be loyal customers that came regularly and most were greeted by first name. It was like a family environment. There was a long wait time (1 hour) but that was expected because the work they do is awesome. I looked this place up online to check the reviews and see photos before visiting.
