They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now.

I don't believe they do surgery at this facility but they do micro needling, botox, and injectable fillers. I can only comment as to #1, as I've been taking my ladyfriend to this facility for two years now. Parking is easy, the lobby is spartan but nice enough as a waiting area, and they do keep to within 20 minutes of their appointment schedule. The ophthalmologist we deal with is the wonderfully named Dr. Relief Jones. He's remarkably knowledgeable, willing to explain complex issues, and does NOT push you towards drugs or surgery while conditions are still manageable with supplements or corrective lenses. So, when I say "If I could pick only one doctor in the world to be my forever doctor, it would be Dr. Martini!", it means she is the epitome of everything you'd ever want in a doctor...hands down! By the time my insurance approved my referral to Dr. Martini, I had been laid off and had only two weeks before I lost my insurance. I really didn't hold out much hope that she would be able to do anything to help me in such a short period of time. In fact, I was even warned when I booked the appointment that time was not on my side, and I probably would not get more than the initial eval completed...a realistic expectation in today's world of healthcare. That being said, within 36 hrs of the approved referral hitting their desk, I was scheduled and went in hoping something good would come out of it. Dr. Martini saw me asap, knew immediately what needed to be done, completed all the steps in that very first visit that she knew the insurance would require, requested and got an approval from my insurance and had me in surgery within a week. She was meticulous in her approach to handling my surgery, excellent in her communication with me, and has made herself available to me for any questions or concerns. She is that conscientious and concerned about her patients. Dr. Martini is one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I've ever met (and I work in healthcare and know some great doctors!) She has personally checked on me and even had me come in earlier than scheduled for a follow up just to be sure I was healing well without charging me a dime. When I say you will not find a better doctor, I mean it. On an aside, Victoria, her medical assistant, is just as compassionate and concerned for their patients as Dr. Martini. You couldn't ask for a better team to place your care in their hands. When I say I will follow them wherever they go, know that I don't say that lightly. If you have a choice, you could not find better care than with them.
