Another company clearly didn't read my info). They stated the price for one-time service up front and were easy to schedule, all through text which is appreciated. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do, listened as I pointed out a pet area to avoid, finished quickly, and didn't try to sell anything extra - I paid exactly what they quoted. So far the treatment seems to be effective. Would use again!
