Very cheap price but you get what you pay for.

Brian was able to fit me in that evening and after a quick search he was able to find a raccoon nesting under the shed. I was worried my pup would end up getting hurt and immediately asked him what we could do. Brian had everything set up the next morning and the raccoon was trapped within a couple of days. In addition to trapping the animal he went above and beyond to build a mesh screen along the bottom of my shed, preventing any other animals from making it their next home. All of this happened while I was out of state and Brian stayed in contact with me via text and phone calls working around my schedule. Sharing pictures of every step and making sure I knew about (and was on board with) his entire process. I didn't leave a VM because my kids were at each others throats so I just thought "I'll call them back again". And motherhood got the best of me, I spaced. I told him that my other company had just come out to spray and the lady I spoke with told me it would be a few weeks. This man then goes and tells his company that I told him that I had another company that I was going with and didn't want their services, when I NEVER SAID THAT.... Then they called me and canceled services because I "made their guy drive to Syracuse to spray and declined it" I have a voice mail from Terry saying "we are in the area spraying and we will be by tomorrow" Jackie was a real gem on the phone with her attitude asking me why I let their lawn company drive all the way to Syracuse to spray. Completing contradicting Terry's voice mail the day prior. I have NEVER experienced customer service this terrible it was the most shocking thing. Please do not hire this company unless you want to work with ladies that contradict themselves, and are condescending on the phone.

I took the machine in for an inspection. The tech said the pump housing was cracked but the machine was otherwise solid. $65.00 to replace the pump and it is still washing my clothes the machine has to be 15+ years old and works great. Next the old dryer gave out, it had worked for a long time and was due to be replaced. AAS had a reconditioned dryer for $145.00 excellent condition and worked perfect. The technician sold me the dryer and had it loaded into my truck in less than 15 minutes. Been running great for months and I couldn't be happier with it.This dryer now can keep up with the washer!! A super time saver on laundry day! Then some friends told me they were paying $67.00 every two weeks to Rent-a-Center for their washer dryer set. We went to AAS and found a comparable matched set for $325.00 for the pair. The AAC team delivered quickly and helped us get them set and ready to go. They work perfect. The rental place cost would have been close too $2000.00 more to pay for the other units. Visit the store, give them a call. An honest hard working technician that provides the right kind of value needed these days.
