Another incredible Hyatt experience. This hotel is located walking distance from Milano Centrale so it's perfectly and conveniently located, especially if you have to catch a bus/train the next day. From the outside it's not the most appealing but to be honest as soon as you walk in your transported into an art deco fashion world. The staff is so welcoming and assisting ready to make sure you have an awesome stay. Using my Hyatt points for a free night here was absolutely worth it! The room was a whole vibe, upgraded, incredible shower, espresso machine. Everything we could've wanted an more. Oh, and a pretty bomb view! We had a cocktail at the lobby bar which was AWESOME. This place makes you want to just hang out at the hotel and never leave. From gym to awesome work stations, there's a lot to do here. The best part of our stay was the wellness center. We booked an 8-10pm slot on a Monday night and it was just what we needed in preparation of a full day of traveling. For only €30, you get access to a scenic Roman bath with whirlpools where you can relax under a dreamy starry vault. It also includes salt caves, sensory showers, sauna and an herbal tea corner. What an incredible experience, especially the starry vault. Just wow! The only downside to this was all the ungrateful guests that were being ridiculously inconsiderate and rude. This is a spa and relaxation area and one couple was loud and yelling and laughing out loud the whole time and being extremely inconsiderate. Another girl was being pathetic and asking for ICE. We are in Italy, get over it: there's no ICE! It was extremely frustrating how rude and inconsiderate people as guests were with extreme demands and just highly expecting and inconsiderate for other guests and the amazing staff. We recently stayed in this hotel. It was our first stop to our vacation. The location is very good, about 12 min walk from the train station. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a modern design, which I like. The staff were nice and helpful. We were checked in by Malena, who was courteous. However, there was no acknowledgment about being a globalist member and no explanation about any upgrade. We were given a standard twin room with a view of the street. The size is quite tight, but it was okay. The room was tidy. It had everything we needed. The bathroom is spacious. I liked the multicolored lights outside the window, which you can toggle with depending on your moods. They provided welcome drinks upon check-in, by the way, and some welcome pastries delivered to the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. read more

Such a great hotel! Beds are spot on, showers are glorious, and it was the perfect overnight before we catch the train to Cinque Terre. So glad we stayed here instead of by the airport because restaurants near by were so yummy and easy and it is a simple walk to the Duomo in the AM. read more

Rooms are a little run down . You can tell that this place was very nice when it first opened however over the years the property has not been maintained. The receptionist in the evening and the man working the bar were very nice . Overall my stay was okay . The location is great but many of the facilities such as the spa are still closed because of covid . Maybe if the facilities were still open it would be worth the $150-170 price tag for one one the lower tier rooms . read more

Hyatt Centric Milano isn't close to the sightseeing spots. However, it's only a 7-minute walk from the Milano Central Station and there are multiple subway stations around the area where you can hop on the train and start exploring. I personally like how quiet the area is. :) Staffs are very friendly at the hotel. I got to meet Justin at the Lobby Bar, who is easygoing and skilled. As Globalist, the hotel upgraded us to their suite, the room is spacious, modern, and tidy, and breakfasts are included. The only complaint we have is that the air conditioning isn't cold enough at night. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling in Milano! Cheer! read more

Standard king room: small, bathroom fan useless, light switches are unusual. Housekeeping: professional and friendly. Otherwise comfortable and quiet. Unfortunately, they are (still) using "COVID" as an excuse not to reopen their spa, despite questionable COVID masking practices otherwise observed and continuing to leave marketing images of the spa online, hence a lost star. read more

We spent one night here, due to its close proximity to Milano Centrale station. Booked a standard King via points; however, thanks to it being my bday, we were GRACIOUSLY upgraded to a KING SUITE!!! Grazie Mille :D The suite was pretty SWEET! Pretty much everything you would expect from a Park Hyatt, except it wasn't a Park Hyatt. Awesome location and amenities, super quick Wi-Fi, gym, pool, rooftop lounge with panoramic views of Milano. The only small quirk was the entrance, in that it's a tad difficult to locate (initially) and the ramp for your luggage, stroller/wheelchair, etc. is a little unorthodox (awkward to use). There was, however, a door man that was readily available to assist us. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! read more

Rooftop bar is not worth the pretense and crappy music. First, the menu is seriously limited. Very few worthy dishes available. The wine list terrible. For a country renowned for its wine, the list sucks with few Italian listed wines. The music started decent, but at 9pm the night switched to horrible rap music that had the F, N and P word in every other lyric. Very pathetic. The views were great but that did not make up for the mediocre service. Waited forever for a drink, and forgotten about for 30 minutes. The second try, we were advised the roof was reserved despite no one being there. It was "model" Week so I guess the pretty people were more important than my small company having a few drinks even though we were spending 30,000 euro staying in the hotel this month. This is a serious disconnect from the hotel and the poor restaurant service they are displaying at their rooftop restaurant. Do not recommend unless you want poor service and overpay for average drinks. You can do better. read more

I consider myself very lucky to have stayed here during Salone del Mobile. The hotel has very contemporary and cosmopolitan design- the only complaint is that you can see the same concept anywhere in the world in the slightly upscale and modern places in big metropolitan cities. It may be comforting to some, to us, as hotel designers and guests, we were lacking more energy, meaningful art and local context. I really enjoyed coming back to the hotel to happy hour when the lobby area by the bar had some trays with complimentary little appetizer bits and bartenders could mix you up a really good cocktail. Cudos to bartenders- I saw them at work, and they do amazing job. I saw some classic cocktail they prepared with care for other patrons and I was truly impressed by their craft. They were not those trendy ones, but the classic ones, that are butchered and overlooked in other places. My favorite has become campari spritz with proesecco and candied grapfruit served in a wine glass with a straw. We were also truly impressed by breakfast buffet. You really could get your money's worth for 14 Euros: eggs, hot meats, cold meats, salmon, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, pickles, wonderful fresh breads and pastries, juices and coffee. All in huge variety and excellent quality. As far as rooms go, we were really pleased again. The rooms were on the small side, but very nicely designed, to the very last inch, with closet and all kinds of storage. All lighting was wired by the wall switches and here comes the only complaint- the lamps very plentiful and thoughtful, but it was hard to remember which switch powers them off, so we ended up clicking on different switches blindly until desired lamp went off. Perhaps a little legend for guests would be helpful? Overall I would really look forward to staying here again when in Milano- the location is short cab ride away from the Duomo area, or short walk to the metro station to get to other places. read more

The staff is absolutely outstanding and the hotel is very well maintained. There breakfast buffet and service is absolutely the best! It is also a 6 minute walk from the Milano train station which makes it great if you are visiting other cities or taking the bus from the Milano airport. This review is for the rooftop bar only, as I did not stay at the hotel. However, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful in steering me to the roof bar, even though it was closed. There, you can get one of the best views in all of Milan, and a drink should you desire. VERY nice space with outstanding views! read more

Located near the central station of Milan, this trendy and posh hotel was a bit disappointing in several respects. It had all the bells and whistles you will need while away from home but it missed the personal touch that you may seek while away. It is a large hotel and you will just be a guest passing through. There is no effort on anybody's part to make you feel sincerely welcomed. The towels were dirty the 3 nights that I was there, and the shower curtain full of mold. And the morning room service was rushed and not detailed. This is not acceptable for a hotel of high standing. Moreover, it was not as centrally located as they claim to be although it is near 2 metro stations that can take you places. If you want to go to the historical center of the city by foot, expect to walk at least 30 minutes depending on where you are going. The rooftop bar is the highlight of the hotel but they play loud music until 1AM so not a quiet hotel at all. And you have to wait way too long for the elevators! Besides for that, the bed was very comfortable, the room spacious and trendy and I loved the electrical blinds that make you disappear into the night. Breakfast was good although the service was so so. Would I go back there? Not so sure. There are lots of lovely hotels in Milan. Do your research right! read more
