The person on the phone in perfect and very polite English assured me they won't issue a no-show and will be waiting for us. This was relieving as no one was certain when the plane was about to take off (yes, t'was a low-cost carrier, but that's another story). We arrived at close to midnight time, but still welcomed with a smile. The reception was anything, but big, however, the 2 personnel were efficient and the checking-in did not take much time. The lobby looked fantastic for a 4-star hotel - very clean and spacious. There were complimentary fruits, candy, cookies for guests to enjoy while waiting. We got a room on the 2nd floor. It was relatively small, but we were aware of that prior to arrival (it was a bargain price, so no reason to complain). It had everything needed - clean bathroom, comfortable bed, TV/WiFi, enough room for two suitcases. No view from the window, but that was OK, too. Overall, I'd give the room itself 3.5 Yelp stars. Breakfast the next morning was very rich. Great selection of cheese, bread, salami and Italian specialties, coffee, fruits, yogurt. The hotel's located very close to Milano Centrale train station, and also about 5-10 mins walking distance of the famous Corso Buenos Aires with numerous shops, outlets and gelaterias. Metro stations of two of the lines M1 and M3 are easily reachable (they both go to Duomo cathedral). Stayed there in the end of May, but doubt much has changed since then. Overall, I enjoyed the short stay in this hotel and if I get the chance, would book again.

While checking out we had a bit of confusion about the rates we had gotten, but it turned out we had made a mistake. However, they right away suggested to only charge the lowest rate first and double-check everything with the booking company on monday (we left on sunday) and get back in touch with us to charge the difference between the two rates on monday if needed. Also the breakfast is super nice here! Very big selection of all kinds of delicious things to start your day with :)

What a wonderful gem hidden in the suburbs of Milan!…read more I booked this room with travel points, so I was going for the best quality for the lowest points without really thinking about the quality. It was just a one night stay, which I very much regret now. The hotel is spotless. Every nook and cranny is squeaky clean. There's a small bar in the lobby with excellent cocktails, just the ticket after a day of travel. The restaurant is very pricey, so I didn't dine there. Not many others did, either. However, at breakfast, the restaurant is hopping, and the breakfast buffet is rich with pastries, hot dishes, and most importantly, all the espresso you can drink. Heavenly. Also of note for the cooler months, the patio is a beautiful garden area to eat the aforementioned breakfast. I was upgraded to a suite, and it was the perfect nook to relax in. The massive shower had a rainfall showerhead that actually had some pressure, making it one of the most relaxing experiences possible. I stayed in far longer than I normally do because it was so delightful. Checkout and check-in were both relaxing experiences. Additionally, there's a shopping center not far from the hotel for those without a car. It's a great spot for dinner and to pick up any necessary items or groceries. It's not a tourist location, but I found everything I needed and more.

the surrounding area of mo.om was not our destination so i cant vouch for the town where this…read moreamazing hotel stands. but, i can vouch for our stay there--AMAZING! we needed a place near the milan airport since we were flying back out of milan on our way home. this place looked cool and had a spa/pool which was nice for our last day of our trip. we had no idea it would be so great. staff was friendly, english speaking, accommodating, and efficient. room was clean, comfy, well designed, and everything worked (unlike all the other places we had stayed in italy!). the drinks at the bar were stellar (hello whipped cream in my white russians). the food in the restaurant was yummy (order the pumpkin ravioli--you wont be disappointed!). the spa was relaxing and fun. but the design of the hotel itself stole the show. we both wish there were mo.oms all over the world for us to stay when we travel.... thanks mo.om staff!!!!

After reading the reviews, which were both good and bad, we thought we'd take a chance and see for ourselves. We did not know any other place as it was our first time in Milan. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! When we called the hotel from the airport they gave us directions on how to easily get to the hotel and they told us that they'd allow us to check in early (around 12pm) into our room because of our flight. We took the train to the Metro M1 line (total cost of approx 20 Euro per person) and where to our hotel within 45 min of travel. When we checked in we were greeted by a very pleasant front desk agent who told us everything we needed to know about our room, nearby restaurants, and hotel restaurant too. The reviews online said the food in the restaurant is not very good and not worth the price, so we stayed away, other than breakfast one morning which came to around 12 Euro per person (standard for hotel prices). They were right, the food wasn't amazing but tasted ok- at least for breakfast. I worked in the hotel business for years and know what good vs bad customer service looks like. This was some of the best we've ever had (especially with the front desk agents both male and female). Our only complaint was that the room was rather small, but we were not there very long and we didn't end up needing much more space than what we had, so not really a complaint. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone staying in Milan. They deserve the 4 stars they have received for their place. It is in a VERY convenient location (within blocks of Agostino station) and walking distance from Canals (restaurants) and Duomo. We would come back again, but may have to knock out some other bucket list places on our map first :)

If you are traveling with an infant, they provide a crib, changing pad, blankets, bathing kit, and a diaper pail, which is beyond what other hotels of the similar tier provide. Usually they bring a crib and maybe a stuffed animal so a huge kudos to the Park Hyatt for that. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly although every so often you will get a receptionist who is a standoffish with an air of ennui. There is also a spa with saunas as well as a fitness room with the standard equipment including 2 treadmills, a rower, an elliptical, and 2 bikes along with complimentary still and sparkling waters (canned). If you are visiting Milan and want to be in the center of it all, this is a great option.

Entrance is through the restaurant, so remember to go there first. It's closed between 3PM and 6:30PM. Place is rather oldschool italian retro style, too much of orange and yellow, arghhh. It's very clean and I must admit it - our bedding was neat, whole room and a bathroom were carefully cleaned as well. Location was very good for us - 15 minutes walk from the station and few minutes walk to the Funiculare stop. You can also deposit your luggage for few hours. Perfetto! They even have breakfast included in the price and we didn't expect much, but it was a weird breakfast. There are a lot of things to eat - milk, yoghurt, cereals in the kitchen and some prepacked croissants, hazelnut chocolate paste, jam and a juice. But everything is mediocre quality and full of sugar, so it's hard to eat it. I think I'd prefer smaller choice of things, but good ones. Nice gesture anyway. Big disadvantage - water in the shower was so cold, I was afraid I'll freeze my mind out. I waited for few minutes before even entering a shower, but still I had to wash my hair with a cold water, and it's one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. It remindes me of times when I was a scout and we've never had a warm water during our campings. I hated this so much! So, thanks Ciccio for bringing me my worst memories to life again ;) What unpleasantly surprised us is that they were doing some small renovation in the building from morning hours. It wasn't so bad, they didn't wake us up, but they also didn't let us know that something like this is going on. Anyway, we've had a shared bathroom and we didn't really checked-out yet, when we realized that doors to this shared bathroom were... removed. Luckily we took a shower before, but using a restroom was impossible. That's pretty lame. Beside those drawbacks everything was quite OK, so I'd probably still reconsider staying here. Good location, clean rooms, bathrooms and equipped kitchen are the necessary minimum I expect from the apartment/hotel and everything was here. If you want something more, you may be disappointed.

Consequently when booking a hotel in Milan for the night before my flight back home, I had one requirement: the hotel staff must speak fluent English. Now it may seem silly that I was adamant about this requirement, but a lot of hotels claim to speak English and don't. I'm specifically thinking of my time in Chile here, but I digress. I speak three languages and Italian isn't one of them, so I settled on the one most likely to be spoken and that is English. If you know me, then you know I have terrible anxiety. Add me traveling alone back home, and with the double whammy of a sprained ankle, and I wanted to make myself as comfortable as possible. Luckily for me, this is an American chain in Italy and it is near a lot of things (including a train station that I would have used except I wound up in a taxi thanks to my ankle). I had no issues with the staff whatsoever. They all spoke English, which helped loads, especially considering that I got stuck in the elevator. This is one of those that the card is electronic, and well, I guess the signal of my phone messed up the signal of the card for the elevator. At any rate, minus this instance, everything was great with Uber Eats delivering to the hotel and the staff ordering me a taxi the next day. Did I mention, too, that the room was spacious and that the toilet and shower were in the same room? Seriously you have no idea how much it annoys me when they're in separate rooms. All hail Best Western. It felt like having a little bit of home in Italy.

The lady that greeted us was very accommodating when we arrived even offered us some coffee and helped us with our luggage. So a very nice, first impression. The room was of a typical queen bed hotel but we have a window view of the magnificent church right next door. Rooms came with the usual mini fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Bathroom was modern with a shower and bidet of course. Toiletries, towels and hair dryer provided. You can also cast your phone to watch your netflix on the tv. Wifi was good and of course housekeeping was great. Chain hotels are a safer bet than airbnbs nowadays anyway.
