The reviews are all over the place on this one. Many seem to come from the Hyatt House side. We stayed on the Hyatt Place side. I'm a Hyatt member and I feel like that may have helped us out? Anyway, check in was super busy. They were behind on rooms, but ours was ready within 10 minutes and they let my kids and my husband and I pick out any snacks or drinks we wanted as an inconvenience. The room was great, had all the updated features. The area is amazing. There is a large green space, fire pits, tons of restaurants and shops. A big top golf across the road. There is so much to do! My kids enjoyed the large chess set out front. There are many signs with rules around the lobby which makes me think that some guests are problems (no kids unattended, no outside alcoholic drinks) but we had no issues. We had my kids out late and never heard from anyone. The hotel is very busy. If you're looking for a romantic and quiet get away, this isn't the spot. The rooms were quiet but the lobby was always bustling. The free breakfast was awesome! Such a nice perk. I love the decor and the design too. Highly recommend!

Good location in the Fishers District with many businesses within walking distance. The Hyatt is close to 69 and has a private lot. Right now, (2023) there is construction behind the hotel. I did not notice any loud noises due to the construction. The breakfast is traditional such as bacon, pancakes, potatoes, fruit etc. I usually call the front desk for extra blankets and a crib for our son. The staff member is always timely and friendly when getting our extra items. Anyways this is a great location and would recommend others to book a stay here

Awesome stay here! Very clean, new and modern. The lobby, breakfast and bar area is spacious and very nice. The rooms are well designed and very clean. I'm addition, it is in a great location, surrounded but super cool restaurants and breweries.

Such an amazing place and staff. The rooms were clean. The bartender, Donna was knowledgeable and friendly. She delt with the picky drinkers so well! JoJo is the best!!! Wow!! Y'all are lucky! I don't think you could find any one better than her. I hope she is paid well and feels valued!

I have someone on a manlift right outside my window, drilling into the building, waking us up and unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we didn't get to the hotel to almost 4 AM. The next night there was a note in the elevator stating they would turn off the water at 11:30 PM for four hours. At 10:30 I go to take a shower and I had the water running for 20 minutes and it never warmed up and at 10:50 40 minutes early they shut the water off. After they finally turned the water back on it took another 15 minutes before the water was warm enough to take a shower. The staff was nice enough to move us into a bigger room after our noise complete. I'm sure after the construction is over this place will probably be pretty decent. But if you're going to have this type of situation for the people that are staying at your hotel, maybe give him a discount for that timeframe. The construction is going on or better yet give them a heads up so we can book a different hotel.

The food was good: pulled pork, Mac 'n' cheese, cornbread, corn pudding, greens and some kids chicken tenders. Alas, I forgot to get ketchup for my daughter, which is a must-have staple for all things nuggets and tenders. On a whim, I called the front desk (I honestly didn't even know if that was a thing anymore.) The receptionist answered, and I explained my dilemma and asked if they had any ketchup packets. "We don't have any ketchup packets," she replied, "but we do have ketchup in a bottle in the back, and I can pour some in a cup." I immediately went down to the lobby, and she greeted me with the cup o' ketchup all ready to go. Dinner saved! We love locally, but found ourselves without heat this past weekend as our furnace decided to finally give up the ghost (Hey, 21 years was a good run!). As we waited to get a repair appointment, going to a hotel seemed like the best option. We have family in town, but springing a family of five on someone for the weekend is a little jarring (surprise!). I looked for a local hotel that could accommodate my whole family in one room and was both affordable and had an indoor pool. Home2 Suites to the rescue! Overall, I would give the hotel 4 stars. The pool was nice but a little cool. Everything was very clean and put together well. And they have a nice little workout room with 3 treadmills, dumbbells, kettlebells and a peloton bike. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel, but it's a solid 4 stars with great customer service. I enjoyed the suites with 2 queen beds and a pullout coach to comfortably sleep all 5 of us. There is also a great little kitchenette with a sink, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There was also a sign that you can request a portable cooktop and skillet for your cooking needs, but I was not in need of that. The kitchen is also stocked with plates and glasses and some cookware. The shower was nice and comfortable with plenty of towels already stocked in the room. Home2 Suites also allows pets. It was nice to bring along my adorable King Charles Spaniel. Gizmo was a little concerned about the elevators, and I needed to give him a little boost to get on. But once he realized they were his ticket to going outside for a walk, he jaunted right onto those elevators! Breakfast was good with the now standard waffle irons, bagels and English muffins that can be easily toasted. There are also cereal options and fresh yogurt. Both traditional milk and oat milk are offered for the cereal of coffee. You can also opt for the bacon or sausage (they rotate days), as well as an egg option and fried potatoes. Home2 Suite helped to make the best of a difficult weekend for my family. This hotel is great for migrant workers or larger families who prefer to stay in one room or have the use of a small, yet very functional kitchen area.

But then I remembered, of course, there is a conference center attached. Crisis averted. Check-in was so quick and easy that I almost felt like a VIP. The young lady at the front desk was a superstar, smiling nonstop and making everyone feel welcome. She gave me the lowdown on the bar and restaurant and even pointed out the bartender setting up so I could start the night right. When I asked about the restaurant, she lit up like a Christmas tree and spilled all her menu favorites, along with top picks from her coworkers and regulars. I knew then this stay was going to be legendary. My room was so spacious, I wanted to do a happy dance. The last Embassy Suites I stayed at felt like a shoebox compared to this one. I claimed a spot by the big screen downstairs, then realized there were TVs everywhere, including a cozy hideaway behind the bar for a more private hangout. We hit up the complimentary happy hour for some nibbles and drinks, then ordered a feast of shrimp, quesadillas, pork belly bites, and fries. Of course, we made friends with some fellow travelers, because what is a girls' night without new pals to laugh with? The area is packed with fun. There is an outdoor mall less than five minutes away, plus every dining option under the sun, from fast food to fancy sit-down spots. They even have a BJ's and other shops. Need a hospital? Covered. Need snacks at 2 a.m.? Also covered. The pull-out sofa was shockingly comfy, and I slept like a baby. Honestly, I was not ready to leave the next morning. The hotel offers laundry, a self-wash area, a pool, and a workout room, so you can basically move in. LOL Breakfast the next morning was a made to order omelets and juice, though you could fill your plate with all kinds of options. There are tons of seats for solo travelers or big groups ready to gossip and eat. I am definitely coming back and will shout this place's praises to anyone who will listen, from my friends to my family and even my coworkers. This hotel is a party waiting to happen, and you will want to be part of it. Embassy Suites Noblesville is a winner in my book for a staycation. Before I forget, the front desk decor and water wall create a beautiful first impression. The music sheets displayed behind the front desk are truly stunning. I suspect this musical touch is inspired by the nearby Ruoff Music Center, but I'll be sure to ask next time for the inside scoop. Check them out if you haven't already done so.

This isn't traditionally designed like the typical Embassy Suites with the fun, clear elevators that encourage you to look out of the see-through elevator walls as you go up and down at least a dozen floors to and from your room. This Embassy Suites has a different design, notably way less floors and enclosed elevators. This is just an FYI. It DOES have other traditional Embassy Suites features like made-to-order omeletes at their famous complimentary breakfasts and nice private conference rooms for parties and events. My sister's wedding party and many out of town guests stayed here during her wedding weekend and for the most part, didn't have too many issues and slept well. HOWEVER, I must mention the two main reasons why I can't give this hotel 4 or 5 stars: 1. SOOO many things were broken and old. Notably, the sliding door to my sister's bathroom in her suite BROKE OFF THE HINGES and nearly collapsed on someone! We also dealt with a broken toilet paper holder in my room, spotty internet, and a busted light, among a few other things I can't remember. 2. It was $250 a night for a basic room and that was WITH the wedding block discount! Without it, the price was like $370 a night. And we booked months in advance. This is Noblesville, Indiana, not NYC. Charging $300+ is wild. I do want to shout out the staff, especially the front desk manager who was so kind to us, especially with allowing us to check in early and leave a little late. The staff that set up the party room my sister reserved for her Mehndi henna party (this was an Indian wedding) did a great job as well. There's also a lot of parking and, obviously, the breakfast is bomb dot com.

We immediately ask the check-in desk person "why is it so hot in here?" and she really did not have an answer... We get checked in and proceed to our room and inside the elevator and corridors and they too were uncomfortably warm! Inside our room the a/c was off and the thermostat was set at 75°! 75°!!! The room thermostat only goes down to 67° so it was not going to cool down for a few hours!!! We had to leave the room and hotel to find a place to get cooled off!! We had stayed at this location several times with our golf group of 14-20 (depending on the year). There was no maid service! The peice per room was a whopping TAJ MAHAL $260/night. The complementary breakfast was a complete disaster! the powdered eggs they would use way too much water to make them and the heated covered dish looked literally like scrambled egg soup, which no one was eating and there were at least 20 guests eating in the breakfast area! The chicken sausage links were disgusting and had no flavor (I was curious and took one to try it,and couldnt eat it! The waffle maker line to get one was all 20 people waiting their turn lol. The very small pump top coffee dispensers were always empty (all 6 of them). We stayed 3 nights and the only thing that changed off the breakmenu was the chicken link "sausages " were now chicken patty sausages that tasted just like the links but a different shape!!! Do not expect to see any bacon at a breakfast in this establishment because the bunch running the place are from Bombay,India which explains the lack of air conditioning use and no pork products!!! If they want to buy up the hotels here in America thats fine but they need to realize westerners use air conditioning everywhere especially in the summer months and if the Indians don't want to assimilate to western culture thats fine but when your job is hospitality to other (99% of guests in Fischers,Indiana in the heartland of the USA ) our favorite breakfast meat is BACON!!! Our group that has stayed at this location several times will ne staying directly across the street at the Holiday Inn Express that is run by Americans FOR AMERICANS!!! If I want to feel like im in a hotel in sweaty Bombay, I'll go there!! We had to use several USB ports for not only our phones but for our GPS golf rangefinders....The stand alone cube in the room desk was a multi-port unit that did not work we alerted the staff and they said they would swap it out and THEY NEVER DID! This place has no idea what hospitality is..It is more of an attempt to make Americans assimilate to the moslum culture not a home away from home AMERICANS ARE USED TO! A SOLID ONE STAR....

Service is where this hotel particularly shines, everyone I encountered during my stay, from the person who checked me in, to the breakfast lady, and the manager were all among the friendliest and most welcoming and professional people I've ever met. Special shoutout to Steve, he's awesome! There are no longer tubs in the studio rooms and there is nowhere to put your own toiletries in the shower, no shelf or stool of any kind. The doors do not meet the wall. The shower has very low water pressure. They have new TVs that you will be able to use your fire stick with.... at some point, but they do not have it set up now. There are what look like small pieces of plaster coming out through the vents when the heat or air conditioning runs. I mentioned that to the manager because it doesn't seem like a good thing to breathe in. I received no reply regarding that. They have everything that you need for the kitchen, however the paper towels, as well as the toilet paper are always open at the top, where they seem to push their fingers through in order to carry them, so that is not sanitary. They have only remodeled one floor, so there is a lot more to do. After the renovation was done on that floor, there is paint on the carpet going up the stairs, there are no baseboards. They don't appear to have anyone cleaning up the stairs and hallways. The laundry room has always looked horrible and it doesn't look like it's been cleaned. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. It is extremely hot in there and I mentioned that to the manager, nothing was done. There has been no air conditioning in the hallways for a couple of months. No explanation for the guests. I would find it very hard to believe that they are waiting on parts. The employees answer to everything is ,"I don't know." One of the entry doors was not working for over a week. I mentioned it to the manager by email multiple times. He told me that it was working. It was NOT working. I told the employees that work at the front desk. The response from the employees is that they don't know anything about it. I have been trying to contact the manager by email because I am not here during the day. My emails have gone ignored. When I finally received a reply, nothing was addressed. Finally, August 5th, after the entry door was not working for over a week, it was supposedly fixed, but my key wouldn't work. It wouldn't work on any doors. I had to go back to the main entrance and I said to Becky, the person at the front desk, that apparently I need new keys. She told me that my keys were not proper keys. I said that I had been using them forever. She told me that 3 times, instead of just trying to fix them. Due to my persistence, she attempted to fix them and they worked. I could hear the manager around the corner, by the office, as it is only a few feet away and I know that he could hear me. I asked Becky if Steve, the manager, was in and she said, "Yes, but he is on his way out." I said, "Of course he is." Number one, she is apparently the gate keeper and number two, should the management ignore guests all the time and especially when the guest is a few feet away from you? The answer is no. I have been a long-term resident here. It feels like some kind of game. There is reduced parking because of all of the renovation stuff. They have a breakfast available each morning. I do not have time in the morning so I usually get some cereal and a couple of nutrigrain bars when the breakfast is not in progress. Some of the food is out and I was told that I was allowed to do that. There was one employee, Yvette, who has worked here for a long time. She works behind the the front desk, not even in the kitchen for the breakfast. However, she found it necessary to follow me into the breakfast area each time I went back there. Then she started putting the food away in the kitchen, as if it was her own food. That is ridiculous. Everything that has been going on in the past few months is unacceptable. Nothing is being addressed. It is unacceptable and inappropriate for management to have the hotel be so unkempt and to ignore the guests.
