From the moment we walked in, the hotel was amazing. Erin Bernhardt was the only one working the front desk, yet she handled everything with a smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. When we told her we were in town for the Lambeau Field tour for our son's birthday because he's a huge Packers fan, she went above and beyond by surprising us with a Packers-themed room. It absolutely made his day and created a memory he'll never forget. Erin's customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Even while managing the front desk on her own, she never seemed rushed and made every guest feel important. Only Hyatt property in Green Bay, it's a popular lodging option for out-of-towners for Packers games and shows. We stayed here in mid-October for the Texans-Packers game. It's an older property so some of the rooms and bathrooms are outdated. There are some nice amenities including a pool/hot tub and a wide exercise room. Plus the lounge area is quite large and adjacent to the lobby. The location sets it apart as it's within walking distance to downtown Green Bay and the rooms are pretty clean. There's also a restaurant/bar in the hotel that is open until 10 or 11 depending on the days. I went there a couple nights for beers and sports. Didn't order any food due to the reviews. And you're probably better off checking out the local restaurants/eats nearby for the Green Bay experience. Wouldn't mind staying here again when I'm in town for a Packers game or a show. Bear in mind you do have to pay for parking if you park in the hotel lot but there's a garage adjacent to the hotel for that which is a better option. read more

My family stayed here for a night while my husband did a fishing charter near by. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was a plus for our 3 year old. The front desk staff was extremely nice! Upon arrival they greated my son by letting him pick from the treasure chest. It was a very sweet touch. I ordered breakfast to our room and it was delicious. I only visited the Expo Center to see the Michael Angelo's Sistine Chapel Exhibit on November 22 with my community center. We had a wonderful catered meal inside the "chapel" provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, polite, and very courteous. We appreciated that because everyone in our group qualifies as "Senior" citizen. We leisurely toured the exhibit after lunch -- enjoying the use of QR codes audio devices. If you don't have a smart phone, the hotel group provided loaners. It was worth it to use the audio devices and sit through the videos included in the exhibit. It's not a long exhibit but there are a few places to sit throughout. The color is captivating and I learned a lot about each piece included. I also learned about the artist and his technique. It was an enjoyable chilly day activity. I especially enjoyed being able to self pace and but have to read so many tiny scripts. Every printed item was large and on a backlit board. That was nice! I wouldn't take small kids to this exhibit. They'll be bored but older art lovers will delight in learning about Michael Angelo. Anyone who's been to Rome or who is planning a trip, might enjoy the preview! Art lovers will appreciate the chance to see the reproductions up close and scrutinize them. Skeptics will appreciate all the juicy details in the audio. History buffs will bite the attention to time and place. Leave the babies at home. Go out for Italian food afterwards -- enjoy a good wine! read more

Overall room felt a bit dated/dirty. Not terrible, just not maintained to the level I might expect. Alarm clock went off at 6am, presumably set by a previous guest but not reset by housekeeping. Room phone was not plugged in/charged. Never got the hotel internet to work consistently- iCloud Private Relay would not engage, which I believe means online activity is being monitored on some level? Had a somewhat homophobic (and racist-?) feeling experience with a group of other intoxicated guests at hotel bar- which is of course not the hotel's fault, but I believed it could have been handled better by bar employees in the moment. *Update1: Appreciate the sincere and personal apology offered by hotel front desk staff in the AM. (Friendly reception at check in too.) **Update2: Hotel bar/restaurant manager did right by us via email later the next day (including sharing that the offending guests had been kicked out after we left). read more

After asking the front desk to have our room cleaned on 10/5/24, It was not touched in any way. On the second day we again asked for the room to be serviced. All that was done was the bed made up. The floors were not cleaned, the counters were not cleaned, ice bucket was not cleaned, no coffee refills an the garbage was not emptied. Had to call the front desk to get fresh towels and coffee refills.Upon returning to the room the heater was not working and had to get a portable heater to put in the room. There was puke in the hall on the 6th floor and was not cleaned up. A terrible experience and will not go back there again.... read more

I appreciate the kind front desk staff at check in. The lobby is also very pretty. However, that is kind of where it ends. The rooms need updating. They are large; however, in need of maintenance. The main reason for the somewhat negative review is because of an interaction with an employee. As I was walking towards an elevator bay, I could hear a worker speaking very loudly and aggressively on an air pod. She was complaining about a room and a guest damaging the room. She walked to the elevator that I had been waiting for and continued her loud phone call complaining right next to me. When the elevator doors opened, she pushed her way out first. I had to step outside for a few minutes and immediately, upon walking back into the building, I heard a conversation loud and upset. It was still this employee, now standing in their cafe, still loudly complaining. I understand she may have been upset; however, I feel this is a conversation to have with her management in private. Also, typically customers are offered to be allowed out of an elevator before staff and she had no care or consideration for guests. read more

I recently attended a wedding at this location. I will start out by saying that this is a really nice venue. Spacious and well decorated. It seems like they have the flexibility to make their many meeting/ballrooms into just about any size to suit any group. If you are planning a meeting or party of any kind at this venue I would highly recommend telling guest where to park. (And the venue should tell the planners to do so). Because the invite only said that the wedding was at the Hyatt, most people (including me) parked in the hotel parking lot. Unfortunately this lot is a long, long way from the ballrooms used for weddings. (I highly recommend parking in the downtown parking ramp to the south and west of the venue... way closer too the ballrooms). Many of the older people invited (that parked where I did) had a tough time making their way through the whole venue, up the large staircase (there is a hard to find elevator) and around the back of the building to the ballroom entrance. I also think there needs to be better signage to help you find the room. There were also a number of other issues with this wedding, and I know that my friends (parents of the bride), were not real happy. (However it was a great wedding.... Just stressful when you have to deal with mistakes on a crazy day) Here were the issues: 1). The wedding contract was for a Buffett Dinner. Don't understand how this could have been messed up, but the meals where served as "sit down". The meal was pretty good. However, I heard that there where some vegetarians not happy with the plated choices and another who had a religious conflict with the meal. 2). Also contracted, there was a certain type of booze requested. My friends were very upset when that booze was not stocked in the bar stations in the ballroom. (Because the family was upset and complained , the venue actually went out during the meal and found some!). 3). This was not the only wedding in the building that evening. We were all stunned when as the family speeches started, and the speakers in the ballroom were actually piping the wedding speeches from the adjoining ballroom! What a mess! It took about 20 mins, but the venue did get that corrected too. I will repeat, this is a nice venue. Depending on what room you are in, you can overlook the Fox River. I also thought the food was pretty good. But if you are looking to book a wedding, you might want to look into these issues to make sure they don't happen to you! Was greeted right away when we walked in. Arrived earlier than expected and the room was available. I was told where all the amenities were and explained the parking situation. $10 daily parking is not bad compared to other hotels. We were there for a packers game and I mentioned it was out 10 year anniversary. One of the girls brought a signed card from the staff with a $10 market voucher. That was so sweet and thoughtful!! Our stay in this hotel was way below expectations. Although the room was nice and big, there were issues. The refrigerator needed defrosting (freezer door frozen closed). When I turned on the water at the bar sink, the faucet blew off and sprayed water everywhere. Our room was on the south side next to the street and we heard cars loudly racing down the street all night long. This was our first Hyatt stay that didn't offer a free breakfast and we had to pay $10 for parking. We did eat breakfast (over $20 for two for just 2 eggs and overcooked bacon), but service was slow and the coffee was horrible (very bitter). We will never stay here again. read more

Really nice and comfortable stay when we went last month (late June). Full disclosure: the hubby and I are Hyatt rewards members because we love the hotel brand for their consistently valuable hospitality experience. Anyway... We chose to stay here because it's in Downtown Green Bay, plus it was about a 15 min. drive (max.) away from Lambeau Field. The room was spacious, clean, and provided all the basic travel amenities. Absolutely adored this Hyatt Regency's staff! It was a quick and painless check-in/out process, but most of the adoration goes to the housekeeping staff =D Super friendly and conversational every time we passed by them! It's that "Midwest nice" that the hubby describes to me every time we visit his home state, and I can't get enough of it! Only other notes I wish Hyatt (especially their Regency line) did was include recycle bins in every property, and develop a better reservation system. The reservation system initially made it read like we had only reserved one instead of two rooms, which we had to clarify over the phone with their staff prior to the trip. read more

This hotel was so beautiful. I went to Green Bay to meet with my gf and her mom and we chose to stay here. It was so clean and so quiet. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really nice. Bathroom was smaller than I expected for a suit styled room. The beds were super comfy and the hotel was clean. I'd definitely return. We also ate at the restaurant that was there. The service was super friendly; they allowed me to set up a spot for my gf and her birthday. I honestly can't believe how great of a stay this was. Service: The customer service we got was fantastic, great attitudes, and quick to answer questions for check in and check out. Room: It was really clean, which is saying something on my part because I am a bit of a neat freak. We loved the layout, nice little bar/lounge area when you walk into the room and then a door to separate the bathroom and the bedroom area. Awesome stand out things: Cleanliness, layout, comfy level of beds was great, parking situation, location. Not awesome thing: It was HOT in our room, and there was no way to adjust the heat level other than to strip down to your skivvy's haha If we need to stay in Green Bay again, this is a place we will definitely be considering rebooking. read more

This place had the worst hospitality . First I ask to fix thermostat and the answer was this time of year . It doesn't work well .?????? WHAT!!!! FREEZING COLD IN ROOM ! THE PUB 333 . Was another terrible experience. NO WELCOME TO RESTAURANT. The person working in bar said she didn't have time to turn on TVs from 7am to 1 pm ??? Ordered food . And at one point everyone disappeared from the bar and whole restaurant . I was sitting at bar eating and my glass was empty for a good 20 mins . The two people tending the bar walked passed me and the other side of bar . Never once checked on me for refill or ASK IF I WAS OK. So after I stopped eating cause I needed a refill to continue to eat . I FINALLY ASKED IF I CAN GET SOME WATER !! Total of 3 customers at bar including me . BEING IN THE RESTAURANT AND NIGHTCLUB INDUSTRY I never seen the most NON ATTENTIVE EMPLOYEES . NO SMILES OR GREETINGS OR FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE . I travel for work state to state . THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SEEN IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. It's suppose to be a sports bar / and restaurant in the hotel . THIRD A GLOOMY Coffee shop with no items to go with coffee . Very disappointed. not clean , no breakfast unless you pay we've stayed at hotels at half the price and had a very good breakfast.It took forever to get someone to clean our room (3days) and even then was done very poorly blankets were just thrown on, bed not made , there are 5 waste cans in our room we used 3 but only one was emptied , floor was never vacuumed poor service all around. I was there for a conference and was given 6 meals only one was edible all were cold If I were to say anything nice about the place it would be that the plants were well cared for and very satisfying. read more

I had a reservation for one night. I called ahead and asked if there would be any way I could check in early. The lady on the phone said there was an 80% chance that we could check in early. We decided to take those chances and try to check in at 2:30 instead of 4:00. When we got there the front desk lady said our room wasn't ready. No big deal, we knew there was a chance of not checking in early. We went out to dinner and came back at 4:00. Once again, room isn't ready. She said that it should only be 30 more minutes. At 5:00 it still wasn't ready! At 5:30 we decided to call different hotels to see what was available. When we went to the front desk to get a refund (since we had to pay to join a waiting list at 2:30), she said our room was magically ready and we could check in. After being on the "waiting list" for 3 hours we were only able to get a room when we said we wanted a refund. At that point it wasn't worth it because we could find somewhere else that has better hospitality and better prices. read more

Don't get me wrong on this review . Great price and a nice clean place . Just lock your luggage . Had a CBD pipe in our suitcase in a baggy wrapped in a fabric softener sheet . Swim shorts covering the baggy and suitcase closed . End back upstairs after a full evening and opened the suitcase . The swim shorts were moved off the baggy and they must have put the pipe back abruptly because the fabric sheet was melted on to the pipe . Called and reported it that night and reported it when we were leaving the next morning . The assistant director said it couldn't be any of his crew . Next visit I will load the room with camera's so when I leave something out I'll catch them and will not show evidence till I see what the answer is from the assistant director. Stayed a couple of nights for extended weekend trip with kids and dogs. Staff were all very friendly and tried to make everything right when they could not find ajoining rooms from original reservation. The manager came over to make a fix. Have never stayed at a hotel with dogs, but I think even the dogs enjoyed the stay. Location is great and walking distance to a lot of local places from there. A block from the river front which made for great place to walk with the dogs. Titletown and Copper State Brewing just across the bridge from the hotel. Plenty of parking. read more

I stayed here for a total of 4 nights last week. The front desk was very helpful, but no room service for any of the four nights. The breakfast was "ok", but the wait for paying of 10 + minutes, we just took our cards back and out cash on the table and left. A lot of opportunity for some better customer service for the morning breakfast service. The saddest part about this trip was being asked to join the loyalty program, which after leaving I never got any loyalty points for any of the nights. After talking to live chat support, I was informed that booking from a third party doesn't give ANY rewards. Sad loyalty program, seeing as the other hotels I don't have an issue with theirs. The room was however clean and well maintained. I'm on the fence giving this place another try, seeing that are many other options available. read more

I think I'd give this one a 3 star had the receptionist at the front desk been a bit more welcoming. Upon check in, she was confirming our reservation for a queen double room and before my wife could even finish asking if they had any single king rooms we could get, she had abruptly cut her off and exclaimed "WE'RE ALL SOLD OUT FOR TONIGHT"... sheesh. Welcome to Green Bay. While this first interaction left a sour taste in our mouths for our stay, I'll say it's not a bad place to stay. The rooms are quite spacious and each has their own living space with a separate couch, work desk, bar, and kitchenette completely separated from the bedroom. The layout is actually nice as it gives you one room of separation from the common hallway so you can be assure you'll get a full nights rest. Aside from that, you can't help but note that it is a dated hotel and could def use a refresh just all around. Toilets are slow to flush, ceiling are a bit low in some areas of the room, fire alarm goes off if you take too hot of a shower, carpets look old, doors look ancient, etc. etc. Location-wise is quite nice. If you're in for a conference, this one is directly connected to the conference center. Just over the river you can walk to Titletown Brewery or Copperstate Brewery. And it's definitely walkable to nearby bars and restaurants just off Broadway and Washington streets. Amenity wise... Your usual hotel amenities, gym, restaurant and bar, indoor pool for the kids (they should really enforce guests wear clothing and some sort of shoes going to and from pool, weirds me out riding the elevator with people coming from pool just walking around barefoot). Also last thing to note is parking is $7 a night. Anyways, might've given this one a 3 star just in terms of value, but sorry I didn't know you were all sold out for the night and bothered to ask if I could switch into a King bed rather than a double. I am impressed with this hotel. The location, parking, ease of check-in, everything has been a breeze! I was able to check in through the website. Super convenient. Just had to pick up keys upon arrival. Parking was validated so no extra fee there. Awesome. Our room is seriously amazing. Living room with sectional couch, TV, desk, and breakfast bar that accompanied a very legit little kitchen space. Bedroom is super cool. Huge king bed. HUGE tv. Balcony. Big closet area. The bathroom isn't very big but it's very nicely done and meets all need. The bedroom has huge mirrors and surface space for makeup, hair, general getting ready in the morning stuff so it doesn't matter that the bathroom is small. All the finishes, from the carpets, to the light fixtures are beautiful. Granite counters, luxurious linens. I could gush forever. The location is perfect. On the river near restaurants and bars, attached to the KI convention center. What more could you ask for? Definitely happy with this hotel stay. Oh! Also! Awesome price! Stayed at a dump (by comparison) last weekend for the same length of time and it cost $100 more. Good deal here. One last note - sloooowest elevators ever. read more

First of all try calling the hotel directly to book a room you will wait 20 minutes or longer every time before you get to actually speak with anyone. Well I called waited 25 minutes to speak with someone to book 2 rooms for an upcoming conference I was attending for work. Our association had a large block of room with a room rate of $119 per night. I provided the reservation host with the dates of stay and with our company info for the block of rooms and booked the two night stay. When I was emailed the room and confirmation number for the stay the room rate was $179 per night. I immediately called the main number back for the hotel waited 27 minutes before I was able to speak with someone. I was advised they put the regular rate in but upon check in it would be changed to the rate of $119 a night. I thought well that's weird but ok. Upon check in we confirmed the group we were there with and were provided 2 breakfast buffet coupons for each of us for each day. We had 4 guys staying in 2 rooms. We also confirmed the group rate of $119 per night and were told yes it drops off to the group rate upon checkout. I should mention we each received the breakfast buffet coupons because our company covers the cost of breakfast for us. Upon checkout I was advised our receipts would be emailed to us. The next day I received a receipt for one of the rooms and you guessed it they charged us the full amount of $179 per night but not only that we were also charged for the cost of 2 breakfast buffets for each day that our company had already paid for. When we had breakfast we turned in our free coupons with our name, room number and signature on both cards each day however we were still billed for it. So I called to complain first of all and second of all to get the receipt for the second room. I waited 24 minutes to speak with a person. I was told the rate per night would have been set upon booking and that if there was a problem with it then I should have called when I got the confirmation email to which I responded I did and explained to them what I was told. I also explained about the breakfast buffet coupons. I was told there was nothing they could do now since we were already checked out. I said nothing you can do. You charged us $120 per room to much and also charged us for 8 breakfast buffets for the two days that were already paid for by the company. Sorry Sir there is nothing I can do. I asked to speak with a manager or whoever is in charge and they hung up on me. I then sent a detailed email to Hyatt customer service explaining everything and asking for a refund or for them to make this right somehow. I received a short one sentence email telling me sorry there is nothing more they can do. I will never stay at this crooked hotel again nor will anyone from our company. This was a horrible experience. I will also be recommending to the board of directors of our association to not host anymore conferences at the Hyatt of Green Bay. read more

The building seems old but relatively recently renovated. The king corner suites are huge, however, my room in the top floor had significant water intrusion while it was raining and the carpet all along the wall with the sliding glass window was damp. There were also water stains on the ceiling so the building obviously needs some TLC. All the rooms surround a giant atrium while can be a bit noisy at times. I would not stay here again. read more

Location & parking were really complicated. It was hard to figure out how to get to the front of the hotel and then it was hard to find a place to park. When I checked in, they didn't say anything about the parking either. Turns out, there's a parking garage across the street that even connects to the hotel via sky bridge so it's better than the lot parking anyway. But the lot parking is full often it would seem and was just messy. We ordered room service breakfast which was great. The hotel was beautiful and our room immaculate. The amenities were very good too. I was impressed with the size of the indoor pool even. Location was okay. I have no complaints except the messy parking situation. read more

Husband stayed here on business and we visited him for pleasure over a weekend of a professional conference at The KI. Well appointed rooms, clean, spacious. I think this may have been a former Embassy Suites because of its design/layout. The atrium is plain - would have liked to see more plants/water feature or used more beyond breakfast buffet and giant living room/lounge. Pool was great, clean and loved the atrium along the side with bump outs where you can camp out while the kids swim. Being in Green Bay in late February, it's nice to sit next to some tropical plants whole the sun warms your skin. Love the steam and sauna and workout room as well! Pub 333 on Main didn't impress on the food side of things, but on service they are great. We really loved staying here and look forward to returning next year for this professional event. read more

Disappointing is a massive understatement. I am a Hyatt rewards member, and have stayed at dozens of locations across North America, and have always loved my experience-- until the Hyatt Regency Green Bay. Firstly, I stayed in an "executive king suite." The room is spacious for sure, extremely old. Nothing has been updated since what seems like the 1900s. You don't have access to an AC panel, and even when you try to adjust the ancient temperature control, it does nothing. Second, I'm paying for one of their nicest rooms, yet I'm put beneath what sounds like a kitchen? Since 5 am I've had people constantly waking me up. Large industrial machines bangin it sounds like. Ridiculous. Went to the 333 pub for dinner, the cheese curds were disgusting. And the burger was over cooked. The only saving grace was the bartender, how actually managed to maintain the entire pub by himself. He told me the previous night he did $3000 in liquor sales alone, ALONE. Typically am very fine with an "okay" type hotel, but Hyatt has dropped the ball, and this establishment absolutely puts tarnish in their company brand. STRONGLY DONT recommend staying here. I'd rather sleep on a bench at the park. read more

I have only stayed here a few times, but this hotel is such a nice one. There are lots of floors and rooms so you don't have to worry as much about not finding a room. The complimentary breakfast is super good and the WiFi works well. The pool area has a decent sized pool, sauna, hot tub, and kiddy splash pad. The rooms are well kept, organized, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the lobby is clean and comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay. 1 person 1 night rate is only $109. read more

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. Have been a devoted Hyatt member for years. This hotel is so shabby it feels like a glorified motel with a big atrium. The bathroom has zero shelves and no towel rods. There is not a place to put anything. The shower head in my room has mold and mildew all over it. There is a visible layer of dust on every surface. I have to stay here five days and I can't even take a shower. I am going out today to buy a scrub brush and Tilex and i will clean it myself. They also did not give me the room I booked, and just shrugged at the front desk and "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Someone gave your room away." I could live with this issue if the front desk had been nicer and sympathetic but seriously I don't think they cared one iota. And I get to stay here for the low, low price of around $170 and change a night, which is ridiculo The tub has hairs in it, the carpet is dirty. If I could change hotels I would, but the whole town is sold out as there is a preseason game tomorrow. One very strange thing is there are no (I mean zero) towel racks or shelves in the bathroom or tub. Which means I have to put all my toiletries on the counter around the sink. I really can't say anything horrible about the Hyatt and I can't say anything great. I booked in-line sing my Hyatt app and that was pretty easy, I had a question about my reservation and I was on hold a long time. There is a recoding that says you will get faster service using the live online chat, well that wasn't any faster, waited 30 minutes, from my perspective that isn't great customer service. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very nice, that was a plus. They have a nice little market in the lobby that is open 24 hours and they serve most Starbucks drinks. The prices are what you would expect for a hotel but it is convenient and there is nowhere else to get things close by so it's worth the price. One issue with the market is while it is open 24 hours the "Starbucks" isn't, I went to get coffee before 7 and they were kind of snarky, I just wanted coffee and was fine if it wasn't Starbucks. So you can get coffee before 7 just not Starbucks, the in room coffee is terrible by the way. The rooms here are big, well worth getting a suite to have a bedroom and separate sitting area especially if you are staying a few days. The rooms are clean but overall the Hyatt is showing it's age and looks a little run down. The two days we were there there was already some issue with the pool, hot tube and saunas, we also had to go to the front desk and ask for pool towels every day. The Hyatt is very convenient if you are at a conference or wedding at the Hyatt, otherwise there are a lot of nicer places in Green Bay. read more

Stayed here for a conference. I'll start with the good: rooms are large with separate living quarters and nice big living space and mini bar, restaurant on site, close to many other restaurants, good coffee is provided in the rooms, and friendly front desk staff. The bad: The beds were the worst beds that I have ever slept on any hotel. I immediately sunk to the middle as soon as I laid down and actually left the conference a day early because I couldn't stand one more night in the beds. The rooms have not been updated in at least 15 years, there was hair in my shower and in one of the 2 beds and the carpet and drapes are dingy. You can't control the thermostat so your stuck with the preset temperature in the room.The meeting rooms are absolutely freezing as well. I guess if you need a place to hang out but not actually get any rest, this place might work for you. But if you desire a decent bed to sleep in look elsewhere! read more

Big value on this one, dudes and dudettes. The rooms here are huge. The TV in the room is the hugest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. The bed is huge. (King or California King, for sure.) The sitting room is huge. The toilet, however, is kind of small and low to the ground. Buyer beware. Anyways, this hotel is solid. It's a good value. The room was great. The staff was great. You have to pay for parking, that kind of sucks. The parking is extremely inexpensive, however. The a.m. buffet is okay - I stuck w/ granola and fruit and they only charged me half-price. (Score!) The elevators are slow. Buyer beware. The gym in this hotel is phenomenal. Seriously. Great gym. They also have a pool, hot tub and sauna. I'd def stay here again while in Green Bay; the spot is centrally located to just about everything. Four big stars for the Hyatt Regency Green Bay! read more
