We were two hours away from where we live, so we didn't know of any local towing companies when the officer asked if we had a preference in towing company to use. The cop summoned the Dama Brothers Autoworks for us. At the accident site we met one of the owners, Ian, who talked to us what to do after he took possession of our car. Ian went above and beyond with helping us with the other driver's insurance which was a little difficult getting in contact with an adjuster. They made sure to make the process easy as possible for us and answered any questions we had. They were super honest and trustworthy in what they do. I would recommend them 100%.

They were suggested to me by family when my primary mechanic was busy. There is no labeled key drop here, which is confusing for new customers. When I dropped off the key at opening and explained the full circumstances of the car, the mechanic there suggested that the problem might be something that it clearly wasn't, given the details, which made me question their expertise. The work took about 4 hours, and I wasn't given much detail about it, except my suspicions were confirmed that the problem was what I thought, and he fixed that problem. In picking up the car, I get the equation "400+32.50=432.50" as the entire detail for the parts and labor that went into my vehicle. No mention of cost of labor, services performed, parts used, hours of labor, nothing. The mechanic that worked on the car was not there, and the remaining mechanic did not know what he had done to the car. I had already paid, and an itemized invoice was offered to me for the next day, but obviously, this could be made so that it matched the amount I was charged. What struck me as the oddest thing was that they seemed to think that it was normal to not give any detailed information about what they've done. They are either dishonest, unprofessional, or evading taxes, and I don't like any of those options.

After the payment was paid, Lester stated word for word, "You guys are just not thankful for my work" after nothing bad was said. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but I would not recommend going there for one the overly expensive diagnostic fee and the attitude Lester gives when he is not happy with your response.

Rather than install a new OEM line which is covered in some kind of rubber or plastic, which I have learned rodents like, Jovan sought out a metal alternative which he adapted at the ends to make the necessary connections. My car ended up being there over a week! I was told several times that there was a delay in the shop obtaining a replacement part due to a supply issue. This created a hardship for me, as like most people, I need my vehicle for work and other important weekly obligations. Fast-forward a few months later. While vacuuming out the rear of my car's hatchback area, I notice several chunks of glass stuck in crevices under the rug and along the perimeter of the storage area. I soon realized what they were from - my rear glass window had been broken at some point! Upon careful examination, I could clearly tell the glass had been recently replaced, as the defrost lines were brand-new and the condition of the glass was that of a new automobile. I then realized that this shop had broken the glass, and rather than call me about the matter to explain their mistake (of which I would have been OK with - we all break things accidentally), they lied to me about why the repair was taking so long - because they needed to buy time to replace the broken glass! When I confronted them about this, they admitted to breaking the glass and said they lied to me because they didnt' want to upset me about the damage to the glass! Unbelievable !

I was concerned that the dealer would charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. My husband suggested I go to Bob Gaydos Auto Body. He was thei regular customer. I have to say, what a great shop! The family-owned business is full of hospitality and professionalism. They were able to fix my car in a couple of hours. They were very busy, but the mechanic took the time to show me why he thought someone had tried to break into my car and that was why the inside mechanics of the door were messed up.
