Very sweet people. It's a small location in a shopping plaza off US19 and Alderman by ESPORTA and UPS. Upon walking in they have a room full of salt rock lamps with great prices, crystals and jewelry. So fun! I picked up a salt rock lamp for a Christmas gift for $25 and it's heavy! This way I'm guaranteed it's high quality and not plastic junk from China. Loved the waiting area. On to the salt cave. They have group rooms and smaller individual rooms. I chose to do the group room which was $10 less. Wednesdays are also $10 less for all rooms. I paid $25 for the group room on Wednesday The room is dark only being lit by salt rocks and fake stars on the ceiling. Calming music plays and you have blankets and gravity chairs to sit or lay in. The whole visit is 45 minutes. I have anxiety and claustrophobia and also get cold easy and none of this bothered me. In case anybody has those concerns. It could be a calming experience but I was in a room with two men chatting the whole time Lol When I left my lips tasted salty but I didn't notice any difference in my breathing which was my reason for going. I was also able to bring my small service dog who also has breathing issues. My vet said it's wonderful for dogs. I'm very thankful for this understanding owner and their compassion. However, the man in the room with me goes regularly for his breathing and says it helps, so maybe it takes more visits or maybe it works for some and not all. Either way it's worth the experience at least once! Bring socks!! No shoes allowed and socks required

The environment is very relaxing and peaceful. I understand its meant to be relaxing. But whoever decorated that place did a fantastic job with the decor. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Tina. She had a warm personality with a friendly smile. I ended up getting the full package I think. I got a facial (first one ever) , massage and a salt therapy treatment. And they all were very very relaxing. Tina did a great job balancing communicating with me during the full experience about what she was doing and when since it was my first time. I was a little nervous. But the atmosphere and her friendly personality put me at ease and I was able to enjoy my experience. One of the best things I enjoyed was after my treatment. Some people are pushy trying to sell you their products when you visit their business. Not tina.. she asked me how I enjoyed it then told me it was available for purchase. Not pushy not aggressive.. I kept me completely in my relaxed state of mind. My next visit will be soon. And I can see myself calling for appointments after rough weeks at work. I was completely relaxed and my mind was at peace the entire time I was in her shop. And that's the goal right?

If you are looking for a local life changing place, you will find it here at The Salt Room!…read more For quite some time I have been reading about Salt room therapy. This is also called halotherapy. It helps with respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, upper respiratory infections, anxiety, and many other things. I first came here a while back but became more regular here in October when I first had the flu. I was surprised that my congestion and coughing was shortened quite a bit. It was life changing. I used it for about 2.5 weeks and went about 4 out of 7 days per week. It's a salt breathing therapy for 45 minutes each session. This past December I went about 4-5 days a week each week. I had an ongoing cough and congestion when I visited up north and felt 35 degree weather. I love coming here and it's not a feeling that you feel immediately. It takes time but it's quite relieving, restful and relaxing. Everyone working here is a gem. It's like you are invited in their home and you feel at home, and you know you will come out feeling relaxed and feeling better. I am so happy that I know this is here! They also have a children's room for the salt therapy where it's a play room. They have massages, facials, acupuncture, organic hair services. What a great local business!!!

First off, they have the best staff! Monica, Kristina, & Regina are all so kind, professional, and caring. Every time I visit, I feel like I'm catching up with old friends. January thru March 2020, I went 3-4 times a week. It was worth putting the time into my schedule to go there because I got through allergy season without any of my normal headache, congestion, or allergy symptoms. Currently, they are on a modified schedule and I have included a photo of it. When you walk in, your temperature is taken and then you are asked to walk down the hall to the bathroom and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. There are lockers available to store your things. There are two adult rooms and 1 kids room. Before entering an adult room, you are given little blue shoe covers to keep you from trailing dirt onto the salt. You enter a dimly lit room and sit in zero gravity chairs. You are given a blanket and tissues and then you just settle in for 45 minutes of relaxation as medical grade crushed salt is piped into the air and calming music plays in the background. It's the best! In between sessions, the room is sanitized with a UV light. The blankets are laundered by an outside service. There is a kids room and currently only one family is scheduled in there at a time. This may change as the county enters different phases. A parent must always accompany children under 5. Danielle is the owner and she's very caring. She's been in the health and wellness industry for a long time and she knows what she's talking about. Other services are offered such as facials, acupuncture, and a community yoga class. There are salt lamps of varying sizes available for sale as well as essential oils and other skin and healthcare items. You can purchase single sessions, packages, and unlimited monthly memberships for individuals or a household. You should call ahead and make an appointment before going there because they are ensuring that the rooms meet social distancing guidelines. The adult room appointments run on the hour and the half hour. You are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and the session lasts for 45 minutes. IG: thesaltroomwc FB: The Salt Room Wesley Chapel

That's not acceptable! There were also alternating weekly shots given weekly. A vitamin B combination and a fat burner. This is NOT what I planned for. It's rather stressful and expensive. She was extremely helpful, polite, and understanding of my concerns. She helped with booking me an appointment for the same day for the Electro-Acupuncture.It is important to note that the **ONLY** reason I booked this appointment instead of waiting two days to see a highly recommended, trusted, and experienced Acupuncturist & Massage Therapist who is only a 45 minute drive away and literally HALF THE PRICE, was due to this service being offered. Upon arriving Suzi and I spoke again about the Electro-Acupuncture and how excited I was for this service. We spoke on my prior electrotherapy from when I fractured my back and the benefits of that therapy, to how this Electro-Acupuncture will be beneficial as well. I met with Dr. Janelle* who took notes on my problem areas, and then proceeded to start treatment which I was laying face down on the massage table. Not sure if it is normal practice for acupuncture, but I would expect the locations of needle entry to be cleaned or sterilized with at the minimum an alcohol wipe prior to sticking me with needles, which that was not done. The massage therapist, I believe Viera, was very polite and professional as well, she performed cupping too. After the service was completed I met with Suzi at the reception desk to check out and Suzi had asked Dr. Janelle* about the Electro-Acupuncture, to which she responded we did not do today. And that the only difference was the strength of results...I confirmed the total would still be $165 even though I did not receive the service I requested, to which the response was yes. The doctor was waiting to go with her purse while I was checking out, and stated that the only difference is the strength of results, it would have been much stronger. Frustrated, I pay. At no point was there any type of alleviation of misunderstanding on the type of treatment, no type of slight discount for inconvenience, literally nothing. I leave and immediately call my boyfriend and explained the situation. He agreed with me on my feelings towards this. Again, the ONLY reason I did not wait TWO DAYS, for a HALF PRICED SERVICE (apples to apples) was due to the Electro part, that I did not receive. It is extremely unfortunate as I and my partner live maybe 3 minutes away, are willing and wanting to do treatments and benefit our health, and I will never go back, nor refer anyone to go here. At this point I am not even going to update about results, if any. I am very bothered about spending this much money for nothing. Feeling ripped off. *Update: Dr. Janelle * Response to owner: Thank you for your response. I did clarify the provider's name on Google and apologize that this correction was not reflected here as well. I appreciate you providing that clarification. Regarding the treatment, Dr. Janelle informed me that electrotherapy had not been used only after the session had concluded--this was not communicated to me beforehand, nor was your receptionist aware until the session concluded as well while we were together. Therefore, I did not have the opportunity to consent to or refuse the recommended treatment in advance, as suggested. As for the follow-up, I do not feel obligated to respond to calls made months after the initial posting. Your team had ample time to reach out and address the matter in a timely manner. While the only correction needed in my original review was the provider's name, I found several inaccuracies in your response that reflect a broader issue of accountability. I had hoped this would have been handled with more professionalism and transparency. Thank you, Mrs. Perkins, for your delayed response.

The key point to remember if you pay hamburger price, you won't get steak. With that in mind, here are the negatives and positive. Negatives (every place has it) : It's older & dated. There are some odd things like jewelry they are selling. There are random rooms scattered as private office making it a bit confusing. Next to the cold indoor pool, there are also odd items. Positive side : You can't beat the day pass of $35 for saunas, cold pool, hot tub, steam room and showers. They have sofa, tables and chairs to relax in every corner They actually serve pretty delicious Korean food for a reasonable price. Portion is generous. They give you gown, towels and other items you need to shower and freshen up to step out. All you need is your swimsuit and personal items. Place is clean and quiet. Not a lot of people. The staff are seen but they won't approach you unless you go up to them to request things. So you get your peace & tranquility. Separate shoe locker and interior locker. Yes. The place is not fancy but just remember to get "fancy" it's usually in the 3 digits. You really can't expect to pay hamburger price and get steak. Shangri-La imposed arbitrary rules, demanded ID, and refused any solutions, even though we were legally in the right. To make it worse, Carrie was rude, offered zero empathy, and made no effort to help. When we spoke to the owner, we were mocked, cut off, and dismissed, with the owner even claiming to be a lawyer.
