I got a professional and great haircut and was so pleased to see that she actually cuts my hair in sections instead of telling me to stand up and having someone lazy cut my hair all at once. My biggest pet peeve but not this place! Meredith was so sweet and was totally cool with me talking and talking and talking Lolol I was just so comfortable and happy I couldn't shut up! She suggested layers on the bottom Of my hair and after showing her my horrid pics from my prior haircut she assured me she was not going to set me up instead she would make my hair bouncy in a good way! I'm impressed happy as a clam and every time I come to SC this will be a place I stop so I can keep up with my new Do!!

I made an appointment online this morning for 3:00pm with Jolie. I paid the deposit. I showed up at…read more2:50pm for my appointment. The young girl behind the counter was very nice. She told me that Jolie was with a client and would be with me shortly. The client left about 3pm. I continued wait for 25 more minutes. The young lady at the counter went to check and said she would be right with me. Another 10 to 15 min went by and I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed and she said 4pm. I said I probably need to reschedule then. I asked her if I could get my money back for the deposit. At that point what I can only imagine is Jolie came from behind the wall and very meanly said what is the problem. She said if don't want to wait let her go. I responded if she didn't have time for me she could have called or at least could have let me know when I was waiting. Jolie started screaming at me that she had back to back clients and that she was a 30 year professional. And other stuff I can't remember. Then I said since I am being treated so rudely I wanted my money back now. To which the young lady behind explained it wasn't possible because system I used to pay with. Then Jolie starting screaming at the young lady behind the register "just give it to her, just give it to her, give her cash!! And the young lady said I can't.
