I have curly hair with some recent challenges due to weight loss and he came highly recommended. She told me that Jolie was with a client and would be with me shortly. The client left about 3pm. I continued wait for 25 more minutes. The young lady at the counter went to check and said she would be right with me. Another 10 to 15 min went by and I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed and she said 4pm. I said I probably need to reschedule then. I asked her if I could get my money back for the deposit. At that point what I can only imagine is Jolie came from behind the wall and very meanly said what is the problem. She said if don't want to wait let her go. I responded if she didn't have time for me she could have called or at least could have let me know when I was waiting. Jolie started screaming at me that she had back to back clients and that she was a 30 year professional. And other stuff I can't remember. Then I said since I am being treated so rudely I wanted my money back now. To which the young lady behind explained it wasn't possible because system I used to pay with. Then Jolie starting screaming at the young lady behind the register "just give it to her, just give it to her, give her cash!! And the young lady said I can't. Then the young lady said was going to call the manager..All I wanted was a hair cut and to feel special for alittle bit instead I left in tears!! I have never been treated so horrible!! Lynn
