The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Sergio was so patient with me since I'm not the biggest fan of shots, however it was quick and painless. Since my mother was doing a drip, Sergio took us to their relaxing lounge to wait in. The room was filled with so many comfortable seats where we can put our feet up. There are refreshments and calming music to enjoy. Sandy came in to introduce herself and ask how our experience is going. Sandy has such a welcoming, friendly energy where we all just connected so well. I feel like I could tell her anything without being judged. She shared her personal experience with her health struggles and what treatments worked really well. I asked her so many questions on certain diet, supplements, and peptides I was interested in. She took the time to answer everything with giving feedback and better choices when needed. My mother and I really enjoyed our conversation together that we almost forgot another 30 minutes went by. I can't explain enough that it is so refreshing to have such genuine conversations with everyone being so excited to share their own health journey. But she couldn't tell me if this was the rare side affect that occurs (which I was aware of- but she mentioned that was visibility much different) she couldn't identify what went wrong, she couldn't even say if this was permanent or not. Furthermore, halfway through treatment she felt I was no longer a good candidate for coolsclptiing so she cancelled future appointments out of caution- and I hadn't even achieved results I was hoping for, so I felt like I was now left to deal with this growth area on my own. Although she was very understanding and had a good attitude and her staff was great during my treatments, it's very evident, at Coolcontours they are only knowledgeable of the device itself and have very little knowledge of the biology behind it.
